Crazy weather continues to make the headlines as records keep being broken affecting millions of lives. Let's take a look.
Australia's Mixed Bag of Weather
Australia seems to be one of the major focuses of Mother Nature's ire. Cyclone Yasi is barrelling towards Queensland, an area which is already soaked to the bone from extensive rains that flooded an area the size of France and Germany combined. Many area are recieving evacuation notices while others are being warned of more possible flooding and storm damage.
Yasi was upgraded to a Catagory 3 storm Monday morning and is expected to make Catagory 4 with wind gust of up to 162 mph (260 kph) by landfall. Cyclone Yasi could turn into the worst storm the "region has ever seen" and could dump as much as 3 feet of extra water in some communities already devistated by earlier flooding. And that's only the half of it for weather weary Aussies. Sydney just broke a record for the longest and hottest heat wave. The suburbs have had more than seven days of temperatures above 35°C, and the city has experienced six days of temps over 30°C. China's Wheat Destroying Drought
Beijing, China broke a record over the weekend for the longest period in 60 years of record keeping for no rain. Snows that normally would have fallen over the city have yet to be seen this year.
The northern part of the country has been under a severe drought situation for some time which is the worst in the past 40 years. Drought has decimated key provinces that grow wheat putting tremendous pressure on the world's supply. See http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/41323072/ns/weather/
As we've seen in past posts, such catastrophic climate changes could cause massive global tentions and skyrocketing food prices. The really bad news is there are a billion Chinese and if they lose a large portion of their food supply then they'll be buying up huge amounts of the world food supply, creating less food for much higher prices for the rest of us. And China has the money to do that at this point. Get ready to start breaking those piggy banks!
Incoming Solar Blast
A large Coronal Hole has opened up on the sun's surface which is spitting a stream of solar radiation into space. The location of the hole combined with the rotation of the sun is directing the solar wind Earth-ward.
Scientists say the solar wind should hit the Earth between February 2-4 causing polar magnetic storms, so those living in higher latitudes should catch glimpses of some pretty cool auroras dancing through the sky. See http://spaceweather.com/
The alarming thing for a watchman such as myself, is the potential for further heating of the planet's core. This is my own theory. I've never heard anyone else say it, but it just makes good common sense to me.
It is scientifically verified that the Earth's ozone layer is weakening, both by natural means and by man-made pollutants. Ok. If the ozone is weakening then more solar energy can poor into the magnetic poles and into the magnetic center of the planet, especially from solar storms such as is mentioned in this article. Thus, we're back to physics 101... added energy heats up the source which receives it.
It's my opinion that the surge in volcanic activity which we are seeing throughout the world is due to this inner heating of the planet. Kind of like water boiling out of a pan with a lid on it. Once the inner liquid of the Earth heats up so much, it comes out of the Earth's crust at the points of less resistance.
And remember, the sun is not the only source of energy that is hitting us. The Earth is beginning to move through the Galactic Plane and we are increasingly being bombarded by energy from the Galactic Center. It's estimated by those studying this phenomenal journey through the Galactic Plane that it takes approximately 7 years for the Earth to venture through it completely. That's a long time considering the effects we are already seeing to the planet!
Anyway, I'll keep trumpeting the alarm of climate change, global warming, solar activity, cosmic occurrances and UFO sightings until the spiritual ascension takes place.

January 30, 2011 - UFO "Angel" Visits Jerusalem & High Food Prices
Jerusalem Temple Visited From Above
Two amazing videos have emerged of Saturday's UFO sighting over Jerusalem. A ball of light appeared in the sky and then descended to right over the Temple Mount where the Holy of Holies in the Bible used to be and where the Muslim Dome of the Rock now stands. After descending and hovering for a few seconds, a bright flash of light occurrs and then the UFO streaks straight upward at a blinding speed. The photograpers then capture a number of rotating, blinking, red lights directly above the area. It's unclear if these lights are from many ships or from a huge mother ship.
Besides the two videos that were published on Youtube, allnewsweb.com received an email from a man, Mr. Menachem Ben David, who said he was walking home from evening prayers at the Wailing Wall and saw the flash of light, but didn't see the UFO.
Ancient Jewish texts talk of a ball of light descending from the sky and igniting the sacrificial meal on fire which was placed on the alter. Coincidence?

The Days of Cheap Food Are Gone
Because of a host of global warming and climate change events over the past year, food prices have risen as demand is outweighing supply. Russia and Argentina had severe summer droughts, Australia has had mega flooding problems and 'China bought near-record volumes of U.S. corn, and demand for corn-based ethanol surged.'
The article states, '"Even if we have a good year, we are not going to have the inventories we've seen before. I really do think the time of cheap food prices is over, and that's just it," said analyst Chris Mann of Traders Group Inc in Chicago.
"Everything is set to the point where supply equals demand right now. But if you pull one thing out of it, or if you disrupt the equation in some little way or tweak it, I think, with inventories as tight as they are, it will really have an impact on prices. Notice how fragile the world's food supply is right now, and here's an official Big Brain saying that if ONE more little climate change or global warming event occurs, it could cause food prices to skyrocket. Do you really think that it's all gonna come to a halt now?
Friends, I see some super unstable times around the corner. And I don't mean a few years from now. I see cataclysmic events happening at an accellerated pace from what we are already witnessing. What these natural Earth change events will do is not only cause havoc to the people affected, but also cause havoc on an already unstable world economy. Millions or billions of people without gas or electricity is one thing, but that many people without food and water is quite a different story.
Again, I encourage anyone and everyone to get prepared spiritually for what's knocking at the door because the days of security and long term future planning are at an end. The time is upon us for a major Earth cleansing and those who are prepared will ascend to a higher dimensional existence which promises to be much better!

January 29, 2011 - Warm North Atlantic Flows & Super Volcano to Blow?
Arctic & Greenland Ice Cap Melting
I want to start out today with a report released by German scientists who have been studying the Arctic Atlantic Water Layer. The report states that the North Atlantic Ocean current is warmer now than at any time in the past 2,000 years. An article I addressed on January 23rd reported that the Greenland Ice Sheet melted more in 2010 than at any other time, losing an area the size of France. The info reported in today's article tells why is melting so fast... warmer water flowing into the Arctic.
The article states, 'Not only is the water the warmest its been in the past 20 centuries, report German scientist Robert F. Spielhagen and colleagues, but the flow known as the Arctic Atlantic Water Layer (AAWL) is carrying more water. "Both effects -- a temperature rise as well as a volume transport increase -- introduce a larger heat input into the Arctic Ocean," they write.'
It goes on to say, '"Although there is no direct contact of the AAWL with the ocean surface in the Arctic, such an increased heat input has far-reaching consequences." - Water from the Fram Strait has warmed about 3.5 degrees Fahrenheit in the past century, a rise which Spielhagen called "significantly different from all climate variations in the last 2,000 years." Overall, air temperatures in Greenland have risen about 7 degrees F in the past several decades. In a statement issued by the University of Colorado-Boulder, the National Snow and Ice Data Center estimates the loss of Arctic sea ice from 1979 to 2009 was an area larger than the state of Alaska.' Yellowstone Super Volcano
I came across two articles released in the past several days concerning scientists' concerns about the Yellowstone Caldera showing signs of increased activity. Scientists are actually concerned that it could erupt in the "near future". They say the floor of the volcano, which covers and astounding 925 square miles, has steadily risen 3 inches annually since 2004, with a 10 inch rise in some places. 'The floor of the volcano is said to have risen at a rate of three inches per year since 2004 which is the fastest rate since records for the volcano actually began in 1923.'
They predict this, 'Scientists said such an eruption could make two-thirds of U.S. land uninhabitable. It could also disrupt thousands of flights and force millions of people to leave their homes.' January 28, 2011 - Today's Earth Change News
Let's check out what's going on with the weather across the planet today.
Northeast U.S.
The northeast U.S. continues to get hammered with winter storms. Records are beginning to be set in some places. According to the National Weather Service, New York's Central Park broke an 86-year-old record for snowfall in January after receiving a total of 32.3 inches... so far.
More "gosh, that's alot" snowfall has occurred in Boston which had its normal yearly snowfall of 18.8 blasted by 270 percent, receiving 50.4 inches... so far. Worcester, Mass with a 28.7 inch norm has received 49.3 inches, Providence, R.I. with a norm of 15.7 has gotten 31.7 inches, and Connecticut's Bradley International Airport usually only gets 22.8 inches, but has received 59.1 inches... so far.
The really interesting part of the article is how "Parts of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island were expected to get thunderstorms, "somewhat unusual" for this time of year, he (Meteorologist Neil Strauss of the National Weather Service) said."

After hitting 45 for the fourth day in a row on Thursday, the far north town is almost certain to break its record on Friday and possibly beat its record on Saturday.
In more than 60 years of records Oodnadatta's previous longest stretch of 45-degree days was five, in 2004.
On Tuesday, Woomera had its hottest day in more than 60 years of records, hitting 48.1 degrees, 14 above average.'

January 26, 2011 - Rapid Earth Changes and UFO Disclosure
Wow! Today was an incredible day for research. One thing led right into the next and I spent the majority of the day digging, reading and watching the following articles and videos. You'll definately want to check this stuff out as things are becoming VERY exciting!
Rapid Earth Changes
Let's begin by focusing on the issue of Earth changes.
The first article of the day that caught my eye was this one entitled 'Peru to Suffer La Niña through April 2011'. Of course, this has become the parroted excuse given by meteorologists and other Big Brains for the past 10-15 years concerning the weather ills caused to the world. That, in itself, is not alarming and doesn't realy impress me. However, check out the following blurb from the article and let me make a couple of points.

Notice the two highlighted statements. The first shows the blame put on La Niña by the Big Brains. Now, my question is, if the storms of the Earth are continuing yearly to get worse (which they are) and La Niña and El Niño are being blamed for these increasingly catastrophic weather patterns (which they are) then WHAT or WHO is to blame for the increased La Niña/El Niño conditions?!
I also want to point out the second highlighted quote from one of the Big Brains at the UN's WMO. I mean come on Big Brains, you want to easily place the blame on La Niña and El Niño, but you're admitting that these phenomenon are becoming worse. Again, I ask, WHAT or WHO is causing them to get worse? I think it's becoming increasingly clear that there are some major Earth changes going on here. But let's continue...
This article entitled Violent Seismic Activity Tearing Africa in Two published on Jan 20, 2011 is absolutely worth a read. As a matter of fact, there is so much amazingly good info in it that I am going to reproduce a great bit of it in this blog. To begin...
'The earth is in upheaval in northeastern Africa, and the region is changing quickly. The desert floor is quaking and splitting open, volcanoes are boiling over, and seawaters are encroaching upon the land. Africa, researchers are certain, is splitting apart at a rate rarely seen in geology.' (WR - emphasis mine)
Did you get that? Africa is rapidly and, as we shall see, quite violently breaking apart AT THIS VERY MOMENT! The article goes on to say how eventually the tectonic plates comprising Africa would eventually move enough to cause the ocean to engulf a great area of the continent. One Big Brain is even quoted as saying it won't happen for a million years... but check this following excerpt out (WR - 3 paragraphs - emphasis mine).
'But in the Danakil Depression, in the northern part of the valley (WR - Great Rift Valley), the ocean could arrive much sooner. There, low, 25 meter (82 foot) hills are the only thing holding back the waters of the Red Sea. The land behind them has already dropped dozens of meters from previous levels and white salt deposits on the desert floor testify to past encroachments of the sea. But lava soon choked off its access.
For now, no one can really say when the sea will finally flood the desert. But when it does, it could go quickly. "The hills could sink in a matter of days," Tim Wright, a fellow at the University of Leeds' School of Earth and Environment, said at a recent conference hosted by the American Geophysical Union (AGU) in San Francisco.

Again, I have to ask, Did you get that?! So many good things to point out in this article. First, you see the ever present point which I make that the Big Brains over-calculate EVERYTHING! Here, you have one Big Brain saying this cataclysmic event won't happen in a million years and then you have two Big Brains finally admitting (after all the evidence shows inexplicably) that it's about to happen right under our present day noses!!!
Second, notice how FAST everything is transpiring. With other articles we've been looking at (particularly polar ice cap & glacial melting) it stands to reason that the sea levels will rise significantly. Place on top of that the fact that the entire African continent is ripping in two and ya got yourself a cataclysmic event! To continue (WR - 3 paragraphs - emphasis mine)...

My theory on this is two-fold. People that know me, know that I've been saying for years that water would become the next oil and that nations would go to war over it. Ok. This is no big news flash (at least, not to me). When you read the article, it tells of some of the modern day conflicts already in progress or about to happen over water supplies. And I'm absolutely sure we will see many more in the coming days. I do want to point out a couple of things. First, this article is admitting the problem is not only caused by an out of control population, but also by global warming. Yippee! It's finally sinking in! Second, the CIA, of all places, is the Big Brain who intiated this report and they predict a world-wide crisis by 2015. What's the rule about Big Brain predictions? Exactly, they ALWAYS over predict. Rapid Earth Changes
Let's begin by focusing on the issue of Earth changes.
The first article of the day that caught my eye was this one entitled 'Peru to Suffer La Niña through April 2011'. Of course, this has become the parroted excuse given by meteorologists and other Big Brains for the past 10-15 years concerning the weather ills caused to the world. That, in itself, is not alarming and doesn't realy impress me. However, check out the following blurb from the article and let me make a couple of points.

I also want to point out the second highlighted quote from one of the Big Brains at the UN's WMO. I mean come on Big Brains, you want to easily place the blame on La Niña and El Niño, but you're admitting that these phenomenon are becoming worse. January 25, 2011 - Progress that Kills

A huge super highway linking Peru and Brazil is about to open up. However, I don't see this as a good thing. Like a colony of ants, or even worse.. a virus, we spread across this globe, raping and pillaging everything in our site. Global warming and climate change is upon us and, yet, we continue to gobble up the Earth's resources in our lust to make more money and have more things.
A bonified concern is addressed in the article: 'But environmentalists worry about increased logging and illegal gold mining.' Yep, there it is.. stupid humans continue to work their way towards self-destruction.
Oh, sure, it will definately bring benefits to the BIG corporations and even to the poor folk living along its path. However...
'ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS - But the road is not without its costs. It runs through some of the most pristine corners of the Amazon rainforest and could contribute to deforestation as planters and ranchers search for cheaper land.
In August, crackling fires set by farmers clearing brush carpeted parts of the Amazon basin with smoke.
The road has already enabled more wildcat gold miners to move to Peru's Madre de Dios region, where swaths of rainforest have been turned into deserts polluted by mercury.
In nearby boomtowns, shacks teem with bars, brothels, treasure-seekers from the highlands, and middlemen buying and selling gold. Peru is the world's No. 6 gold producer and about 10 per cent of its gold comes from Madre de Dios.
"The issue of mining is a monstrous one," said Luis Espinel of Conservation International in Lima, one of several groups trying to persuade miners to adopt new technologies that do not rely on mercury to separate gold from dirt.'
More devistation to the planet. I hope everyone who reads this understands that backing moves like this is basically telling your children and grandchildren, "To hell with you!" because we are damning the next generation (if not this one) to a horrendous end.
You think I'm just shootin' blanks?! The Amazon Rain Forest is one of the last "lungs" the planet has left and we are destroying it at an unprecedented rate. The weakening of the ozone layer already reduces our oxigen levels and here we are... killing the lungs of the planet.. all for a few more dollars in the pocket.
Selling our souls to the devil.. I say. What do you say? Think this is all BS, or are you happy with your head stuck in the sand?

January 24, 2011 - Mega Snow & Titanic Disasters
The United States, eaterners in particular, have been hit with one harsh winter storm after another, causing some to curse the cruel weather and others to pray for a hasty return of spring. Temperatures in some places are hitting bitterly cold marks of -38°F or more. Although, as bad as it may seem, snow accumulations in most areas are a ways from setting any records.
Hartford, Conneticut is an exception, receiving record snowfall last week which set the total for this year over 55 inches. Their average all winter is only 46 inches. New York, also, is seeing higher than average snnowfall with 36 inches, thus far, compared to 21 inches yearly. Boston, too, has accumulated 50 inches with a 41.5 seasonal average. The other winter related story in the news today concerns the Bering Strait, which is the narrow sea route between Alaska and Russia. Global warming is causing the ice north of Russia and Canada to melt, allowing for vessels to pass through and open up oil and gas exploration. Apparently, two German cargo vessels sailed along the northern coast of Russia in 2009 fron South Korea to Norway, cutting 4,000 miles off their usual route which would pass through the Suez Canal.
The article states - 'Referring to climate change, Jonas Gahr Stoere (Norway's Foreign Minister) said that "the trends are not slower in the Arctic, they are faster."' Duh, old news! We've already seen that EVERY prediction by the Big Brains is way off.
Another passage expounds - 'Rear Adm. David Titley, oceanographer of the U.S. Navy, projected that the Arctic Ocean could be ice-free for 2-3 months in summers — long enough to attract wider interest from shipping companies — by around mid-century.' And there goes the Admiral, obediently parroting the Big Brains about the route opening up by mid-century, but we know better. It will be more like a handful of years.
The problem with this northern route opening up, besides the fact that it's a BIG RED FLAG of global warming and climate change, is that the more traffic using the route, the more likely the occurence of a Titanic-like mishap. The article goes on to quote the Admiral further, '"It has not been because of skill, it has been because of luck that we have not had a Titanic-type disaster," he said in a speech.'

All the gluttonous gas and oil corporations are slobbering on themselves at a shot at drilling up above and shaving time and expense off their shipping routes. I happen to think the global warming issue is much more alarming than the brief money making opportunity, but, hey, that's just me!
Hartford, Conneticut is an exception, receiving record snowfall last week which set the total for this year over 55 inches. Their average all winter is only 46 inches. New York, also, is seeing higher than average snnowfall with 36 inches, thus far, compared to 21 inches yearly. Boston, too, has accumulated 50 inches with a 41.5 seasonal average. January 23, 2011 - I'm melting! I'm melting!
A study was just released which shows that the Greenland ice sheet melted at the fastest rate last year since records were begun in 1979. The reason this is such a significant report is that the Greenland ice sheet is a major contributor to future rising sea levels.
In the report, Marco Tedesco, director of the Cryospheric Processes Laboratory at The City College of New York, states, "Over the past 30 years, the area subject to melting in Greenland has been increasing" at about 17,000 square kilometers a year, Tedesco stated on his research website. "This is equivalent to adding a melt-region the size of Washington state every ten years," he added. "Or, in alternative, this means that an area of the size of France melted in 2010 which was not melting in 1979." (emphasis mine) Since Greenland contains around 1/20th of the world's ice, if completely melted, it could increase sea levels by 21 feet. Published in the journal Nature Geoscience, the report shows that over the past 30 years the Earth's ability to reflect solar heat has been significantly decreased due to ice and snow melt.
Of course, I found several nuggets which I love shown in the highlighted portions of the following excerpts (emphasis mine), "uncovered data that shows over the past 30 years the decreases in the amount of snow and ice covering the Earth’s surface has decreased the reflective capacity of the Earth and exacerbated global warming much more than previous climate models had estimated".
And then a quote from one of the scientists who helped conduct the study says, “Our analysis of snow and sea ice changes over the last 30 years indicates that this cryospheric feedback is almost twice as strong as what models have simulated. And there it is AGAIN! I repeat, whatever time given by the big brains of the science world concerning future climate change is almost always horrendously over calculated. Never undercalculated, mind you, but consistantly overcalculated. And these days they are blaming their blatant mistakes on computer model simulations. That's like blaming a drunk driving car accident on the car's performance and not on the driver who operates the vehicle. The only way a computer can give any kind of a "prediction" is by the data which is entered into it by the big brains.
And why do I harp on this so relentlessly? Because, by over calculating catastrophic climate change and global warming events, the big brains lull the majority of the world into a FALSE sense of security. If people don't feel threatened then they won't take steps to prepare. That simple.

January 21, 2011 - Critters Dying Everywhere
I ran into some very interesting news today that expounds on the magnetic polar shift which is occurring at an excellerated rate. It concerns numerous bird and animal species which have been dying in incredible numbers over the past several weeks (especially). I have to admit, I saw a blurb or two in the news about it and really didn't pay much attention. However, I ran into it today through another link and was flabbergasted at the extent of deaths, the close time proximity of events, the vast distances of occurrances and the authority's claim that it could be happening due to the extent of the polar shift.
I will start out with what impressed me most - the sheer numbers and close proximity in time of these occurrances:
• 12/31/2010 5,000 redwinged blackbirds plunged to their death.
• 01/03/2011 100,000 fish wash up dead in Arkansas
• 01/04/2011 500 birds were found littering a Louisiana highway
• 01/05/2011 Hundreds of birds fall out of the sky in Murray Kentucky
• 01/06/2011 Thousands of Turtle Doves fall for the skys, dead in Italy
• 01/06/2011 Two million fish that wash up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland
• 01/06/2011 40,000 Crabs wash up dead on the coastline near Kent, England.
This is MASSIVE! Again, what I look for is the unusual occurrances in climate change, global warming, earth pattern change and solar/cosmic events. Folks, this is very UNUSUAL! Something really dramatic is occurring that is affecting these species.
The best theory which the big brains are coming up with is that of the severe shift in magnetic north. The article that lists these stats offers this explanation, "Considering southern migration patterns and environmental cues that wildlife take, it would stand to reason that with the Magnetic North Pole losing strength and moving over and across the True North Pole toward Russia, e.g. Away from the Southern United States in distance and strength, it would stand to reason that birds and fish may be confused as to their distance and direction from the locations they instinctively should be heading. A failure to interpret the location and distance of the Magnetic North Pole could clearly lead to a failure for birds and fish to properly migrate south in time to overt cold spells and imminent death."

As I reported a few days ago, a report was released to say that the Tampa Int'l Airport would shut down in order to renumber landing designators due to the polar shift. "The airport has closed its primary runway until Jan. 13 to repaint the numeric designators at each end and change taxiway signage to account for the shift in location of the Earth's magnetic north pole." In another article, "Jeanna Bryner of LiveScience says that “every so often, the field all-together flips on its head, turning the magnetic North Pole into the South Pole and vice versa. It last happened 780,000 years ago, and is predicted to occur again in about 1,500 years, but that’s a big “maybe.” The overall frequency is hard to predict — there was one period in Earth’s history when the field didn’t reverse for 30 million years. The flip doesn’t happen in a pinch, though. Studies have suggested anywhere from 1,000 to 28,000 years are required to initiate and complete a reversal.”
However, Brett Lipton of Times Square Chronicle writes, “Over the past century The Magnetic North Pole has been shifting toward Russia at a steady pace, in fact, at an average of 25 miles per year, an alarming rate considering how many systems are dependent on its location. Folks, again, this is a HUGE red flag. And remember, everything in this cycle is occurring much more rapidly than in previous cycles. The first reports that came out about global warming and climate change trumpeted the same statistic... it won't happen for hundreds, or even thousands, of years. And yet, here we are today dealing with it... and it's accelerating!
The polar shift theory sounds pretty good and makes some sense. However, I am wondering along another line which might offer a possibility to these strange events... solar flares, or increased solar activity. I'm just throwing that out there because I've not seen any news on solar flare activity lately, but that could be another reason for such severe damage to masses of wildlife.
Regardless, this is just another piece in the growing puzzle to clarify that we are in the midst of a wild earth changing ride.
My personal belief is that human DNA will actually be changed, transforming us into the next product via a quantum leap in the spiritually evolving cycle of life. Every single spiritual and religious view out there speaks of being prepared in order to make that jump (to heaven, shangrila, jannah, or whatever). I believe that the signs are clear enough to direct us to prepare TODAY for that evolutionally spiritual leap into a higher, more ascended, being. Doesn't seem like we'll have to wait much longer to find out =)

January 20, 2011 - Flash Floods Hit Two Continents
Rain continues to waterlog people living on two continents.
Even though rains are slacking off in Australia, the water from record breaking rain storms continues to head south, causing a great deal of damage. Kerang in the southeast of Victoria exprienced a "wall of water" from the breaking of a levy there. See http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/41156119/ns/weather
The Philippines also remains in the news as flash floods carry away more people. Notice the highlighted parts of this article (emphasis mine): "Flash floods caused by unusually heavy rainfall..." - And again here, "Above-average rainfall during what is supposed to be the middle of the dry season has drenched about 25 out of the archipelago's 80 provinces, affecting about 1.6 million people." Again, I want to point out that rain in these areas isn't unusual. However, the amounts and the times it's falling is unusual.
Continuing, " He (Graciano Yumul, head of the government weather bureau) said that 33 out of 52 rainfall monitoring stations reported above-normal readings in the Philippines from Jan. 1 to 17. The highest rainfall recorded was on Pagasa, an island occupied by Philippine troops in the disputed Spratly chain, which recorded 16.16 inches compared with the average .38 inches."
Ok. A little more rain might be brushed off as a freak of nature... but 16 inches compared to the normal 1/3 inch!?! And in the normally DRY season! You guys gettin' this? Everywhere we turn these days, record setting, extremely high and irregular weather patterns are occurring. This kind of weather behavior is A+++ reason to believe that something EXTRAordinary is happening on the planet.
Of course, for any Doubting Thomas's out there... we will continue a daily update of freaky weather patterns, both on the Big Blue Ball and in the skies above it.

January 19, 2011 - Sun Entering "Age of Aquarius"?
A pretty quiet day on the climate change front. Waters are finally receeding in Australia, and Brazil also where the death toll is reaching 800 and expected to rise above 1,000. But that's the cycle of life and death.. ya just can't do much when it's your time. All the more reason to be ready.. today =)
Tomorrow, the sun enters Aquarius of which I am. Ahhhh Aquarians! Very tolerant and don't care much about the drama of little circles. More concerned about the big picture and what will happen to the whole. Reckon that's a big reason I'm blogging about world climate conditions, global warming and universal, cosmic transpirations that ultimately affect the planet and its inhabitants. Just can't get past seeing how it all affects everyone. Que será será!
Aquarians are adept at keeping one foot on the ground while reaching far into the distant sky. Guess that's the core of my message. Watch what's going on around you while going through the motions of daily life, yet keep one eye on the sky and don't fear to believe that something tremendously out of the ordinary could transpire to radically and beneficailly change your life. Folks, balls to brass.. if you don't believe that a miracle can happen then you're pretty much stuck in the proverbial rut.
That's why I post global climate, environmental and cosmic news items on this blog. 1. I want to show how rapidly things are transpiring and that they are events which are predetermined according to a divine ticking of a clock, and 2. That there are some very viable, although foreign, possibilities for our salvation.
If your view of life is either so pessamistic that you CAN'T see alternative possibilities, or it is so stuck on a single theory (religious belief comes to mind) that you WON'T see the alternative possibilities then you're pretty much stuck either way.
My whole message is to maintain an open mind, explore, investigate and conform to the wisest and most knowledgeable possibilities, and, of course, blind faith plays a part in everything we do in life. Just getting in your car to go to work in the morning demonstrates a bit of blind faith. I mean, you actually BELIEVE that you're gonna get there. Then there's a flash on the news that someone has been killed in a horrendous traffic accident. Hmmmm I reckon every person on the planet operates on faith to one degree or another :)
IMO, keeping an open mind and following the best evidence of REALITY, not FANTASY or BLATANT SKEPTICISM, provides us the greatest possibilities of what we term "hope".

January 18, 2011 - U.S. Glacial Melt & Moscow UFO Sighting
I ran across a couple of older interesting articles which pertain to all we've been discussing and helps put things into an even clearer perspective.
The first is from October 7, 2010 and is a report concerning Montana's Glacier National Park. It appears that they are melting at an astounding rate also (same as Peru - via yesterday's post) and will be gone completely in a few short years.
The article states, "As recently as 100 years ago, Montana's Glacier National Park had more than 150 glaciers throughout its more than one million acres. In 2005 only 27 remained. Today the total is down to a just 25 and those that are left are mere remnants of their former frozen selves. With warmer temperatures and changes to the water cycle, scientists predict Glacier National Park will be glacier-free by 2030." Daniel Fagre, a U.S. Geolocigal Survey (USGS) ecologist agrees saying, "The glaciers have been around for the last seven thousand years," he told CNN, "and if we are going to lose them in the next 10 or 20 years that is a pretty radical shift."
This next quote from Daniel is the one I like best. He "believes that even those estimates are too conservative and says the park's namesakes will be gone about ten years ahead of their predicted demise." (emphasis mine)
Here is another REAL professional stating that the estimates by supposedly professional scientists is way too conservative. They say the glaciers will be gone in 30 years and Daniel says they will be gone more realistically in 20 years. I say you can probably shave at least another 10 years off of the estimate provided by good ol' Dan. Things are just happening that darned fast.
A wonderful pictorial journal was included in this article that I want to share. It shows photos of many of the park's glaciers back around 1910-20 and then photos from 2002-2007. What a difference! The other piece of news I dug up today was a video of two UFOs that appeared over Moscow on January 3rd of this year. It looks like several people videotaped it, but this link is to a good video. It shows one UFO appear and then it moves away to the right of screen and a second one appears. The article states, "As recently as 100 years ago, Montana's Glacier National Park had more than 150 glaciers throughout its more than one million acres. In 2005 only 27 remained. Today the total is down to a just 25 and those that are left are mere remnants of their former frozen selves. January 17, 2011 - Floods & Atmospheric Rivers; Drought & Glacial Melting
Two items of interest today. The first expounds on the USGS report released last Friday concerning an "Arkstorm Scenario". The report goes on to call the event an "atmospheric river" whereby water would be moved at the same rate as 50 Mississippi Rivers flowing into the Gulf of Mexico.
Mitch Batros, Author of Solar Rain and founder of Earth Changes Media studies, watches and reports on solar activity which is affecting Earth's weather. He says it's scientific knowledge that these streams are driven by jetstream winds. Although this is a common experience, an increase in charged particles from the sun in recent years in magnifying this phenomenon and causing greater amounts of rainfall. The theory, which I tend to lean towards, is that the Earth follows a wobbling, wave-like path through the Galactic Plane. The Earth moves above the GP until it hits an apex and then decends downward, going through the GP again, until it hits a downward apex and then repeats the process moving upward again, passing through the GP. Each time the Earth passes through the GP, it is hit with strong energy waves eminating from the Galactic Center.
Besides receiving large amounts of energy pulses from the center of our galaxy, the much stronger gravitational pull coming from the Galactic Center can draw meteorite bodies out of the Meteor Belt and into our domain. Some researchers believe this may be the cause of some of the great meteorite Earth strikes in the Earth's history.
An interesting note is that I've read where some scientist who are studying this theory say that it takes several years for the Earth to go through the Galactic Plane. Kinda brings to mind the 7 years of Great Tribulation, doesn't it?!
I am not one to believe anything blindly and I hope you don't either. There are numerous theories floating around out there and they are just that, theories. However, I am a researcher and have a fairly atuned intuition and ability to see patterns very clearly. Because I've been studying these subjects for all of my adult life, I.. myself.. believe certain things based on those years of research, and I can confidently say one thing.. we ARE getting ready to go through one hell of an Earth change.. and I strongly believe it is a part of our spiritual evalution.

This makes me sit up in my seat because I have chosen to live in Peru, probably until, if not beyond, the December 21, 2012 date. I'm like multitudes of others.. waiting and watching to see what happens at that point in time, only I'm watching with a very knowledgable and keen eye ;)
This article tells of the concerns of climate change scientists and researchers concerning Peru's melting glaciers. The entire (western) coastline of Peru is desert and the only water that populations get in this arid land is from glacial melt off.
The problem is that scientists are predicting that ALL Peruvian glaciers across the Andes Mountain range will totally disappear within 10 years, leaving millions of people without water. The study reports that "the South American nation (Peru) could become a case study in how climate change can destabilize a strategically important region", according to Peruvian, U.S. and other officials. I love watching for those all-important catch phrases that throw up red flags, and here is the one I like best in this article: "Glaciers in the South American Andes are melting faster than many scientists predicted.." I'm telling you, ANYTIME you read, see or hear a report by these high fallootin', "big-brained", know-more-than-God scientists that say it won't occur in a hundred years... you are pretty safe to shave about 80% off of that number. For some strange reason, these créme de la créme of the scientific world love to horrendously overshoot calculations.
However, we are armed with common sense and a fearlessness to face the truth and prepare for what's coming. Can we stop these massive Earth changes from occurring? Nope. Trumpet all you want about "saving the planet", but this ride is totally out of our hands. All we can do is diligently watch the signs and get ready. Salvation does await, but I'm absolutely sure it's not by a means which most people are expecting. There will only be a small window of time in which to act, so it's important to be ready to act and not become frozen in doubt or hesitation.

January 16, 2011 - Water, Water Everywhere!
For a Sunday, it's been a busy day.. both at home and abroad. I spent the majority of the day assembling my home gym and unpacking and positioning more stuff from the move. Also, wrote a couple of blogs for a client that were still outstanding.
On the worldwide front, there was a good bit of news.. mostly water related. Geesh! When God promised NOT to flood the Earth again, me thinks He had His fingers crossed begind his back!
In Australia, floods are receeding in Queensland, but the heavy deluge is moving south and causing Victoria a heap of trouble. Flash floods hit Grantham with several killed and/or missing there, and officials in Victoria were quoted in an article as saying, "Victoria's State Emergency Service described flooding in the north of that state as probably its worst since records began, with spokesman Hugo Zoller saying it would continue for days."
There it is again... RECORD rainfall with more to come. Another interesting segment from the article says that the storms are "linked by some scientists to global warming and rising sea temperatures.” DUH! Ya reckon!! See

Next on the agenda is news from the Philippines which has been seeing heavy rains as well. The headline reads, "47 dead from flooding in the Philippines; 1.5 million affected". Also, "Parts of the Philippines have been dealing with the effects of heavy rainfall for weeks."

OCHA warned that prices of rice and other commodities may increase as one of the most productive paddy areas of the country have been affected." There it is again... global food prices are bound to rise due to heavey crop damage in flood ravaged lands. Paying attention?
The last tidbit, which I found quite interesting, is that the USGS released a report Friday that calls for a possible "Arskstorm Scenario" to play out. A quote from the article states, "The USGS unveiled Friday a new study of what they call an "Arkstorm Scenario." It's a mega-storm that would measure rain in feet instead of inches."
They go on to explain, "Arkstorm is a hypothetical scenario that describes a rainstorm that produces a 10-foot wall of water that could flood a swath of the state from the Yosemite Valley to the Pacific Ocean. Wow! I just used a reference to Noah and the Ark a few days ago and now the US gov is using the same! Of course, the gov always downplays things, so you can bet that the actual manifestation will be 100 times worse!

Ok. Any of you guys good at putting puzzles together? If so, the pieces which I've provided JUST in the past week are pretty convincing that something MAJOR is going on with the planet and with the cosmos.
Of course, I will be providing daily updates on climate change and cosmos change news that is sure to convince even the greatest of Doubting Thomas's that things are working towards a MAJOR planet-changing event.

January 15, 2011 - Take Me To Your Leader!
Today we're gonna switch gears from climate change news (a quiet day for a change) to UFO news.
A report released today by the "Philosophical Transaction of the Royal Society A", a group of scientists who examine aspects of extraterrestrial life, advises governments to prepare for alien contact, stating "World governments should prepare a co-ordinated action plan in case Earth is contacted by aliens." Ok. So, maybe this is a bunch of kooks who have spent way too much time secretly dippin' into the brandy while spending endless nights awaiting ET to phone Earth. However, what strikes me (yes, you guys are gettin' to know me... I watch for red flag, tell tale signs!) is that this same advice is being echoed in other top ranking establishments.
Back on September 27, reports hit the news media concerning the UN appointing an Ambassador to Alien Worlds. At first, reports quoted UN's Malaysian astrophysicist, Mazlan Othman, as saying, "When we do (make contact with aliens), we should have in place a coordinated response that takes into account all the sensitivities related to the subject. Now, the political game of "Oh, I said it, but I might get in trouble, so I better deny it" doesn't surprise me. However, what does catch my attention is all the talk of encountering aliens that is coming out of very high places. These people know things and only a very, very short time ago were the ones labeling anyone as looney toons who even murmured in their sleep about aliens existing. Also, numerous countries have recently released classified UFO documents to the public (Europe, Australia, etc).
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that alien contact is becoming more of a reality. Sightings... recorded, viable, unquestionable sightings... have been exploding over the past several years. I, personally, expect to experience alien contact within the next couple of years... why wouldn't world governments expect the same who have the resources of the entire planet at their fingertips? It sure seems like they're taking such a possibility seriously... and why would they if they didn't have something concrete to back up such a "looney" idea?
Makes us "looney tooners" a bit more credible doesn't it! lol

January 14, 2011 - Uncertain Future Due to Climate Change
Several climate change updates for the day:
Flood waters in Australia are beginning to finally recede, revealing the horrific extent of the damage. Global warming and climate change experts are piping that this is a glimpse of the kind of cataclysmic weather we will see in the future as temperatures continue to rise. What caught my eye in this article is "Reinsurer Munich Re counted nearly 1,000 natural disasters in 2010 — nine-tenths of them weather-related — the second highest number since 1980." Another stat that shows natural disasters are occurring more frequently.
More rain is inundating Brazil today. This comes on top of rains that have killed around 500 at current count. In the following article, notice this blurb, "The known death toll rose by one overnight in three cities north of Rio in one of Brazil's deadliest natural disasters on record.” Again, a tell tale sign of INCREASED natural disaster due to climate change is continued record-breaking events. The last thing I want to address is an article emphasizing a report released earlier this month by the FAO (the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization) revealing how world food supplies are being adversely affected by unusually severe weather patterns which is driving up food prices. Notice particularly the following two quotes: “Earlier this month, the FAO said its food price index jumped 32 percent in the second half of 2010, soaring past the previous record set in 2008.” Also, “Price for grains and other farm products began rising last fall after poor harvests in Canada, Russia and Ukraine tightened global supplies. More recently, hot, dry weather in South America has cut production in Argentina, a major soybean exporter. This month's flooding in Australia wiped out much of that countries wheat crop.”
It's easy to see how we are rapidly moving into dangerous territory where the Earth's food supply is concerned due to the adverse affects on it by global warming and the subsequent climate change. There's never been a better time to get your spiritual house in order! =)

The last thing I want to address is an article emphasizing a report released earlier this month by the FAO (the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization) revealing how world food supplies are being adversely affected by unusually severe weather patterns which is driving up food prices. More recently, hot, dry weather in South America has cut production in Argentina, a major soybean exporter. This month's flooding in Australia wiped out much of that countries wheat crop.”
It's easy to see how we are rapidly moving into dangerous territory where the Earth's food supply is concerned due to the adverse affects on it by global warming and the subsequent climate change. There's never been a better time to get your spiritual house in order! =)

January 13, 2011 - 2010 Ties 2005 as Hottest Year on Record
The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) just released their report on global warming which confirmed the same information released earlier by NASA that 2010 tied the year 2005 as the hottest year recorded since keeping such statistics. Now I know that this info may seem strange, especially to those in Europe, who have seen incredibly cold temps this winter, and to those in the U.S., where just the other day it was reported that fresh snowfall had occurred in 49 of its 50 states. However, the real focus should be turned to Climate Change rather than the customary catch phrase of Global Warming.
Yes, the planet is warming up, but what that does is affect weather patterns. Therefore, some parts of the globe will see bitterly cold temps while other parts will see unusually warm temps. Or, some parts will be inundated with rainfall while others experience relentless drought, etc. The focus shouldn't be on the whole planet warming up, but on insanely crazy weather patterns occurring in unusual places.
Another red flag comment which this report mentions is that the 2010 statistic marks the 34th year in which global temperatures have been above the 20th century average. Again, this shows irrevicably that the Earth's temperatures are steadily rising.
Australia's dilemma continues to remain in the headlines. Waters are beginning to drop a bit. However, more rain, and even the possibility of a typhoon are in the upcoming forecast. The red flag comment which I want to focus on in this report is: '"Queensland is reeling this morning from the worst natural disaster in our history and possibly in the history of our nation," a visibly emotional Bligh told reporters.' I reiterate, natural disasters and extreme weather events are not alarming when they occur in natural cycles. However, what we should look for are these comments and facts which show 1. that things are happening in more rapid succession, and 2. that these events are becoming increasingly more violent. These combined points are the tell-tale signs of global climate change.
The third report for the day keeps Brazil in the spotlight, with heavy rains there causing massive flooding and huge landslides that have killed well over 300 people in the past couple of days (and the count is rising).
Now, again, heavy rains are not unusual in South America during their summer months, and population explosions and deforestation begs to create disaster and death. However, what we need to look at is the extremity of the situation. The report states, "Hillsides and river banks in the picturesque Serrana region north of Rio buckled under the equivalent of a month's rainfall in 24 hours." Again, my purpose for the change in direction of this blog is to document in one place as many newsworthy climate change events as possible. Many people refuse to believe (and even refute) that climate change is occurring. I want to show infutable evidence with almost daily reports, such as I am posting, that climate change is occurring and occurring rapidly.
My intention is not to promote fear, but, on the contrary, to demonstrate that this is a universal, cosmic cycle with the purpose of propelling existence as we know it into a higher plane of evolutional being.. i.e. spiritual and energetic ascension.
These reports and evidence of rapid global climate change should prompt sleeping and lathargic people into a state of preparation. Now is the time to raise your spiritual energy levels and subsequent cosmic consciousness. Remember the story of Noah, at a particular point in time, the doors were closed and sealed and noone else was permitted to enter. January 12, 2011 - Australia Flash Flood Video
Just wrapping up another long day at 9pm so will be brief and just share a video from Youtube of the flash flood that is racing through Australia. This video was taken yesterday and is only of a little creek behind an office building. Notice how fast the water rises and how powerful it is. The flash flood occurred across a mile swath and I'm sure the bigger waterways were even more devastating.

January 11, 2011 - Numerology, Tsunami & Floods.. Oh My!
It's been a super busy day, so I'm gonna keep this one short. There are several newsworthy items which I want to share before my head hits the pillow.
First off, today is 01/11/11, so for those who keep up with numerological energy, this is a big day. Number one energy is strong and agressive, pressing forth boldly and confidently to get things done. It marks a time of new beginnings. Perhaps that's what the cosmos is doing even as we earthlings are influenced by it's subtle nudgings. I know I got a great deal done today! Of course, when you add the 2 in the year date of 2011, you get a total 7 energy. Just thought I'd throw that in for good measure. :)
Brazil has been experiencing some crazy rains and 13 people have been reported killed there from drowning and mostly landslides. Of course, when populations explode and people build shabby homes in every nook and cranny they can find and then deforest the landscape, things like that are bound to happen. The wildest piece of news today occurred in Toowoomba, Australia where a tsunami caused by a huge amount of rain and flash flood conditions washed away a swath a mile wide. The updated report I just looked at confirms 10 dead and 90 missing. The wall of water, which reached heights of 26 feet, is racing towards Brisbane and inundating any small towns in its path. Jan 10, 2011 - World Food Supplies Affected by Climate Change
Released reports show that the current trend of climate change will drastically affect the world's food supply as well as other factors necessary for human survival.
The first report I want to mention reveals that the PH levels of the oceans are rising which has begun to affect coral and other delicate salt water lifeforms. An increased rise in PH levels could eventually threaten numerous species of fish and crustaceans which humans depend on as a food source. Oceans act as sponges which absorb around 25% of the world's CO2 emissions. As more carbon is released through man-made means and through the melting of stored CO2 deposits in frozen tundras, the oceans will absorb more and the levels will increase. This threat brings to mind a time I visited my father who had recently purchased and set up a large salt water fish tank in his log cabin home in the Kentucky countryside. It was a beautiful tank suspended from the large wooden beam rafters by chains. As I was admiring the colorful and exotic fish and several crustaceans which inhabited this manipulated sea world, my father began telling me how difficult it had been (and still was) to keep the critters alive in the tank. He said it took him several weeks to get the PH balance to the right level that the water would support life and that he had lost a good chunk of money in dead exotic salt water animals and plants. If the PH level was a tad too low, or a tad too high, everything in the tank would die.
As I listened to what he was telling me, my mind wondered to the incredible size and mass of the Earth's oceans which must maintain that same PH balance to sustain such thriving life. For me, that revelation added another miraculous element of life to my list of amazements in the cosmos we inhabit. I suppose that if current trends continue to develope, we could see much of the oceans' lifeforms die out due to this sensitive shift in PH levels.
The next report warns that if the global means temperature reaches 4 degrees Celcius, there will be devastating global events which will threaten mankind. Not only could ocean levels rise by as much as 2 meters, displacing billions of people living in coastal areas, but it would also severely affect food and water supplies. In this report, scientists don't predict this happening until around 2060. However, it is my experience in watching these developments over the years that scientific predictions are horrifically off when it comes to climate change events. Here we are only a few short years later and we're already witnessing life-changing weather pattern changes which are affecting millions today.

The double threat for this that the Earth's population is dramatically increasing and demanding more food and clean water. Jan. 9, 2011 - Earth Change Update
Earth changes have moved from the subtle to the obvious as a rapid and more fierce chain of events occurs throughout the world, often in such places as have not seen such weather patterns in decades, or in some cases even centuries. It isn't alarming to see a strange event occur in one place, but when they happen in an almost endless succession all around the globe... it's time to pay attention. And the frequency of these events is escalating as time rolls on.
As I said in yesterday's post, I was out of the loop for week or so due to the New Year celebration and our move to Arequipa, Peru from Lima. However, I found some headline updates which I want to share to bring things up to date on these changes.
My goal is to add intellegent and well researched knowledge to the wisdom of paying attention to the "signs of the times". Since (I believe) things are progressing at an accelerated pace as we near key ticks on the cosmic clock (namely the cessation of the Maya Calendar which is stops abrubtly on the summer solstice (southern hemi) and mentions in writings about entering the "dark rift" of the galactic plane), I want to keep a closer eye on these patterns and share them here.
I've been "seeing" this time coming for some 30+ years and have been researching various spokes of the wheel along the way.. pieces of a puzzle which increasingly fit together. However, only in this time are the signs so obvious that masses of people are now beginning to hearken to them and people, such as myself, can more openly share the warning to prepare without as much reproach.
These dramatic changes have occurred before in Earth's history and are believed to trigger quantum leaps in the upper spiral of lifeforce energy which affects all living things. Ancient and native cultures proclaim life to be an upper spiraling pathway which is circular in nature, yet steadily progressing to higher plateaus of energetic expression. These dramatic changes occur occasionally and are like jet propulsion systems in this process which give rapid bursts of assistance on this "spiritual" journey of growth.

Jan. 8, 2011 - New Direction for a New Year
A super happy and prosperous new year to all!
My wife and I have begun the new year by moving from Lima to Arequipa, Peru. Arequipa is a much smaller city (1 million compared to 9 million), has a better climate (IMO) and provides more peace and tranquility, all important aspects for a writer and spiritual traveler!
With the new move in location comes a new approach to my blog. Even though I love to write in-depth articles, I just don't have the time to do it. Business is booming and I have to adjust if I want to provide info for my blog and keep up with clientele at the same time. So, I will provide much shorter entries on a variety of subjects, thoughts, comments and, of course, the humorous! This way I should be able to share on a daily (or almost daily) basis.
A point I want to address now is the lunar eclipse which occurred this past 21 December. I've been studying and following the Maya calander ending date of 21 Dec, 2012 and I believe that this lunar ecipse on the summer solstice (in the southern hemisphere) is an important tick on the clock of earth changing events. I think that we will see a more rapid increase in cataclismic and life changing events as we approach the same solstice of 2012.
The whole idea of the Maya (and other civilization) prophecies is that we are moving through the "dark rift", or the "galactic plane" - a situation where Earth moves through the center plane of the galaxy and receives direct energy pulses from the great glowing energy center that drives our galaxy. The spiritual belief that accompanies this time is that these energy pulses will actually change humanities DNA and cause a leap in spiritual awareness.
I personally believe that the 21 Dec., 2012 date is actually the beginning of the "end" of this age.. not the actual "end". I believe that this point will usher in super excellerated changes for a period of a handful of years until the projected change is complete.
I've been out of the news loop since the New Year celebration and with the subsequent moving process to Arequipa, but I want to offer a few occurrences which I did record after the lunar/solstace eclipse. These are the types of events I will keep track of and share in support of the excelleration theory.

3. 25 Dec - The major Cali storm brings a white Christmas snow to some southern states for the first time in 50+ years.
4. 27 Dec - The major storm heads north and produces a powerful nor'easter which paralyzes travel in the northeast.
Again, I've been out of the news loop since this last entry, but will continue with major weather change and cosmic updates as they occur.

My wife and I have begun the new year by moving from Lima to Arequipa, Peru. Arequipa is a much smaller city (1 million compared to 9 million), has a better climate (IMO) and provides more peace and tranquility, all important aspects for a writer and spiritual traveler!
With the new move in location comes a new approach to my blog. Even though I love to write in-depth articles, I just don't have the time to do it. Business is booming and I have to adjust if I want to provide info for my blog and keep up with clientele at the same time. So, I will provide much shorter entries on a variety of subjects, thoughts, comments and, of course, the humorous! This way I should be able to share on a daily (or almost daily) basis.
A point I want to address now is the lunar eclipse which occurred this past 21 December. I've been studying and following the Maya calander ending date of 21 Dec, 2012 and I believe that this lunar ecipse on the summer solstice (in the southern hemisphere) is an important tick on the clock of earth changing events. I think that we will see a more rapid increase in cataclismic and life changing events as we approach the same solstice of 2012.
The whole idea of the Maya (and other civilization) prophecies is that we are moving through the "dark rift", or the "galactic plane" - a situation where Earth moves through the center plane of the galaxy and receives direct energy pulses from the great glowing energy center that drives our galaxy. The spiritual belief that accompanies this time is that these energy pulses will actually change humanities DNA and cause a leap in spiritual awareness.
I personally believe that the 21 Dec., 2012 date is actually the beginning of the "end" of this age.. not the actual "end". I believe that this point will usher in super excellerated changes for a period of a handful of years until the projected change is complete.
I've been out of the news loop since the New Year celebration and with the subsequent moving process to Arequipa, but I want to offer a few occurrences which I did record after the lunar/solstace eclipse. These are the types of events I will keep track of and share in support of the excelleration theory.
