It's been fairly quiet this week.. until yesterday that is. A major quake struck in Burma and major flash flooding occurred in Australia. Used to be, we would have months and even years in between catastrophic occurrances, but because of climate & earth changes things are poppin' like corn with only a few days of reprieve. Let's take a look...
Burma Quake
Yesterday, a 6.8 quake struck Burma at the northeastern corner of the country bordering Thailand and Laos. Villages in the Shan state received the worst damage with 75 confirmed deaths so far.
Luckily, this one occurred in a relatively low populated area. However, this continued intensive seismic activity shows that something is happening with the planet and big changes are taking place.

Victoria, Australia Receives Extensive Flooding
Areas in Victoria received an inundation of rainfall last night with the town of Moe receiving over 100mm in a few hours and The Gorge in East Gippsland receiving over 170mm. The Tidal River catchment recorded around 370mm of rainfall in a 24 hour period.
Flash flooding stranded 400 campers and students at a campsite in the Tidal River area. The Darby River bridge was washed away which led into the camping area. Helicopters rescued some, but have had to cease because of nightfall and will resume operations in the morning.

Fargo North Dakota Faces A 50% Chance of Flooding This Spring
Heavy autumn rainfall and winter snowfall have set the stage for major flooding along the Red River, as well as other rivers in North Dakota and Minnesota. Forecasters have raised the predicted crest stages all along the River which has incresed flooding chances for Fargo and other cities and towns lying in the Red River Valley.
Forecasters say that there is a 45% chance the Red River will pass its 40.84 ft record crest set in 2009. It's pretty certain the River will hit its second highest crest at Grand Forks and could even surpass the record of 54.35 ft set in 1997.
The flooding not only poses problems for residents and businesses, but also for farmers and the world. Major flooding could severely hamper spring planting season for farms in the Red River Valley. The Valley contains the largest spring wheat yields in the US and, in recent years, also contributes large amounts of soybeans and corn. Delays in planting these crops could push world food prices even higher than they are... and they are already at record levels due to other world climate change events.
There is also trouble looming on the Mississippi River which is also expected to see flooding. The Mississippi is the primary shipping route from inner farmland to exporting sea terminals. Severe flooding in the Great Mississip could also affect world food supplies.

Here Comes The Sun
A massive sunspot is rotating towards the Earth.. and it's a hot one!
NASA has renamed the 1165 sunspot to AR1176. NASA's sun-watch station, Solar Dynamics Observatory, has been recording extreme amounts of ultraviolet radiation issuing from this area as it climbs over the southeastern limb of the sun.
This sunspot formed early in March, but rotated along the backside of the sun. Big Brains say it's been getting very ugly on its trip around and they predict some nasty flares to erupt from it as it takes aim at the Earth.

March 21, 2011 - Record Rains In Cali & Indonesian Volcanoes Poppin'
Spring Storms Cause Flooding & Set Records In California
Heavy spring storms moved into California on this first day of spring causing Highway 5 at the Grapevine in the mountains to shut down because of snow and ice and causing flooding in Southern Cali.
Santa Barbara County received 10 inches of rain. Records were set in downtown Los Angeles which received 2 1/2 inches for the day, breaking the 1943 record by more than an inch, and Burbank's Bob Hope Airport received 3.85 inches which broke the record of 1.15 inches for a day set back in 1973.
Another wet system is expected to arrive Wednesday causing farmers concern. California has been experiencing an extra wet season which could delay planting of such crops as garlic, tomatoes and cotton as well as cause fruit and nut trees to be damaged.
This is another example of climate change causing damage to crops or delays in their planting which, in turn, will cause already skyrocketing food price to rise further.

Two Indonesian Volcanoes Wreaking Havoc
Mount Kerangetang erupted anew today, spewing hot gases and lava causing the evacuation of the island's residents. This eruption follows the eruption of Mount Merapi, also in Indonesia, which destroyed 21 houses when it erupted on Saturday.
The Ring of Fire is obviously heating up as events seem to be occurring almost weekly around it. Expect to see more crazy action in this and other areas of the world as the Earth continues to travel through the Galactic Plane, receiving extra energy which is causing the inner core of the planet to expand.

March 19, 2011 - Super Moon & Equinox, Koreas Collaborate Over Awakening Volcano
Today and tomorrow mark a special time for Earth changes and for all those awaiting spiritual ascension. Read on for the details.
Tonight the Super Moon Rises!
Tonight's rising moon will be the closest it's been to Earth in 18 years, and it won't happen again until 2016. Scientifically, the Big Brains call it a perigee moon and larger than normal perigee tides will hit many areas. These waves can be delayed as much as a few days so keep an eye out for that if you live on the coast.
This perigee moon is unusual in that it is also a full moon. At 2:10pm EST today, the moon officially turned full and then at 3pm EST it was at its closest point to Earth.

High Ranking Geologist Predicts Major Earthquake For US West Coast
Highly respected Geologist Jim Berkland has made a prediction that a major earthquake will hit the US West Coast sometime between 19 March (today) and 26 March. People should take notice for several reasons, all of which we will look at here.
First of all, Mr. Berkland correctly predicted the 1989 "World Series" quake four days prior based on signs. These same types of signs have caused him to make this current prediction for the US.
Second, this crazy "super" full moon has Mr Berkland concerned. Often, earthquakes occur on or right around a full moon. The 9.2 Indian Ocean quake that killed over 200,000 from its ensuing tsunami and the March 27, 1964 Alaska quake of 9.2 that generated a large tsunami both occurred on full moons. The added danger with this full moon is that it is at its closest point to the Earth which causes more gravitaional stress on the planet.
Third, the Equinox occurs tomorrow which causes a greater equinoctial tide and strain on the Earth. So, not only does the planet have the stress of the very close, full moon pulling on it, but at the same time it's under the added equinoctial stress.
Fourth, recent massive fish die-offs. On the 7th of March, millions of dead fish showed up in King Harbor Marina at Redondo Beach, CA. It took a week for them to all be cleaned up! There was also a massive fish die-off in the Gulf of Mexico on January 4 of this year and thousands of dead fish swamped the shoreline in Mexico and Texas in December of 2010.
Apparently, this has become a signal of an impending earthquake under the ocean, according to Mr. Berkland. He says geologists also look for bird and animal mis-navigations to help determine upcoming land based quakes. They believe that earthquakes, especially large ones, cause disruptions in the Earth's magnetic field which affect wildlife.
Fifth, beached whales are another phenomenon which is being linked to undersea quakes. Mr Berkland says that whales beached several days before the 1989 quake in San Francisco within a short distance from the epicenter. Whales also beached in New Zealand, Australia and Tazmania just prior to the massive Indian Ocean quake.
Another pattern that is being looked at is the rotation of major quakes occurring around the Ring of Fire. There was the Haiti quake, then a major quake in Chile a year ago, then a major quake in New Zealand last month and the most recent is the major quake in Japan on March 11. If you look at a world map, those quakes are moving clockwise around the Ring of Fire and the next spot would be the US/Canada West Coast (a map shows this on the video link to this report).
I want to add my belief that the Earth has begun its descent into the Galactic Plane and is receiving additional energetic bombardment into its poles from the Galactic Center. All of these things are making for another massive quake possibility. We'll have to see what happens this coming week to determine if Mr Berkland has successfully predicted another major quake.
One thing that Mr Berkland says that I really admire is that he has LEARNED to look at these signs. He says that most Big Brain geologists won't even consider them and still look at earthquakes as mere random events. Some of the Big Brains, like Mr Berkland, are starting to wake up!

Two Koreas Collaborate On How To Deal With An Awakening Behemoth
Yet another volcano, Baekdu, is awakening from sleep and it's causing so much alarm that both North and South Korea are looking into collaborating on what to do if the sucker blows!
The Baekdu volcano has been dormant since 1903, but is showing signs of popping its top. The volcano has begun to emit sulfur dioxide and volcanic gas. The Big Brains are predicting she might blow in the next four or five years, but according the the Big Brain rule we could very likely see the thing go this year, or early next year at the latest.. that's my prediction anyway =)

Present Spiritual Energizing Opportunity
There is a strong and important opportunity for energizing one's spirit which I want to comment on in this blog. Normally, I don't like to "preach" about what people should or shouldn't do. I totally believe in and trust that the "spirit" will lead each individual along their proper path. I simply like to keep the facts of what's occurring out in front of everyones' eyes and let each person do their own spiritual path working. However, sometimes I just gotta throw in my two cents worth and this is definately one of those times!
With tonight's "super" moon and tomorrow's equinoctial arrival, a large portal will open that will douse everyone with higher vibrational energy who want to receive it. I mean, everyone will get doused, but those who open their chakras and soak it in will get a good filling that will greatly assist in the current DNA transformation that is changing everything, as well as assist with one's ascension.
Those of you who are sensitive to energy pulses and fluctuations probably have already experienced some very odd and electrifying experiences running up to this event (my wife and I sure have!) The more you embrace these changes, the easier the transformation will be. Things are happening fast and the time is short. Ignoring or resisting at this stage of the game could severely hinder the ascension process.
Jesus said that these times would be like "birth pangs" where severe and catastrophic occurrances would take place at an increasingly more rapid pace until the ultimate time of the "birth". We are at the point of catastrophic events happening almost one right after the other... and it's going to speed up!
Look for the ascension period to be around the Mayan solstice date of Dec 21, 2012, although I believe that this date is the BEGINNING of the actual birthing process, when things get really nasty and painful for the "Mother", and NOT the day all will occur and come to an end. We shall see, as time draws closer, where things are at approaching that timeline.
Folks, these changes are going to occur whether we believe it or not. Hiding one's head in the sand and ignoring what's happening, or outright rebelling against it will only make the whole process more painful. The answer is to relax, learn as much as we can about spirituality and ascension techniques and practice them and kick back, open up and enjoy the ride!
Remember, knowledge is power and ignorance is bliss. One might be happy ignoring these changes, but one will also forfeit the power to actively participate in and enjoy their transformation process. Each person will choose whether to embrace ascension or to resist it. I pray that all will embrace it so that we can move on to the next dimension of life together! Woohoo! =)

March 17, 2011 - St Patty, Climbing Food Prices, US Floods & Crazy Earth Cracks
Hope everyone had, or is having, a great, green beer kind of a St Patty's day! Me? I've been busier than one toothed man in a corn cob eating contest!
The crazy situation in Japan continues to cause massive turmoil as rain and snow are falling now to complicate the already horrible conditions. Also, the underlying fear of a nuclear melt down remains a serious problem. But hey, this is just the tip of the iceberg, so let's see what the powers that be have in store for us today.
Rising Food Prices
Already high prices are about to get worse. Wholesale prices rose last month more than in the past 36 years sending global food prices climbing. Climate change events have caused the most problems, the most recent being the record setting snowfall in the US which brought heavy freezes to Florida, Texas and other crop producing Southern states.
Food prices have already entered record breaking territory and the Big Brains are saying they don't see an end to the climbing prices until the end of this year. I have news for the Big Brains.. we are already to a point in the game where there is no going back. Floods are about to engulf major crop sections of the US (see next entry) and, since the Earth has begun its descent into the Galactic Plane, catastrophic natural disasters are only going to get worse.

Half the US Expecting Major Spring Flooding
The regions of North Central, Midwest and Northeast US should expect to see major spring flooding according to the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admin). Over the next couple of weeks, any heavy spring rains that come on top of record snow accummulations could produce record flooding in many areas.
The worst thing about this situation is that much of the flooding is expected in major crop producing sections of the country which could further aggrivate the world food price situation. Flooding isn't the only threat, the record winter snowfall will cause fields to remain wetter than normal for a longer period of time delaying the planting of spring crops which will hurt fall supplies and cause fall food prices to climb at that point as well.
Take my advice, folks... it's time to stock a pantry!

The Earth is Cracking Open
This is an interesting bit of news I came across which was released on March 7 of this year. I'm surprised I didn't hear about it because it occurred in Peru and I get news reports of anything mentioning Peru (I thought), but either I didn't get a report on this one, or I missed it during my busy life.
A mysterious crack occurred in southern Peru close to the very large Titicaca Lake. A 3km long and 100 meter wide crack just opened up suddenly. What's puzzling the Big Brains is that it happened without any kind of volcanic or earthquake activity.. it just happened!
And it's not just in Peru. Similar cracks have occurred in neighboring Bolivia, Ethiopia and other countries around the globe. If you read through the links I provide, you will see that these cracks are considered a natural phenomenon, BUT they normally take many YEARS to form. The ones in the links (and others which I haven't provided, but are in the info) have opened up almost IMMEDIATELY!
While the Big Brains ponder over this latest odd Earth change phenomenon, I will let you in on my theory.. once again. I believe that the center of the Earth is expanding, caused by our entering the Galactic Plane and receiving added energy into the poles of the Earth. As the core of the Earth receives more energy, it heats up and expands causing freaky volcanic eruptions, mega earthquakes and mysterious and instantaneous cracks in the crust. Not too difficult to figure out.. as long as you aren't a Big Brain! lol

Floods are about to engulf major crop sections of the US (see next entry) and, since the Earth has begun its descent into the Galactic Plane, catastrophic natural disasters are only going to get worse.

Half the US Expecting Major Spring Flooding
The regions of North Central, Midwest and Northeast US should expect to see major spring flooding according to the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admin). Over the next couple of weeks, any heavy spring rains that come on top of record snow accummulations could produce record flooding in many areas.
The worst thing about this situation is that much of the flooding is expected in major crop producing sections of the country which could further aggrivate the world food price situation. Flooding isn't the only threat, the record winter snowfall will cause fields to remain wetter than normal for a longer period of time delaying the planting of spring crops which will hurt fall supplies and cause fall food prices to climb at that point as well.
Take my advice, folks... it's time to stock a pantry!

The Earth is Cracking Open
This is an interesting bit of news I came across which was released on March 7 of this year. I'm surprised I didn't hear about it because it occurred in Peru and I get news reports of anything mentioning Peru (I thought), but either I didn't get a report on this one, or I missed it during my busy life.
A mysterious crack occurred in southern Peru close to the very large Titicaca Lake. A 3km long and 100 meter wide crack just opened up suddenly. What's puzzling the Big Brains is that it happened without any kind of volcanic or earthquake activity.. it just happened!
And it's not just in Peru. Similar cracks have occurred in neighboring Bolivia, Ethiopia and other countries around the globe. If you read through the links I provide, you will see that these cracks are considered a natural phenomenon, BUT they normally take many YEARS to form. The ones in the links (and others which I haven't provided, but are in the info) have opened up almost IMMEDIATELY!
While the Big Brains ponder over this latest odd Earth change phenomenon, I will let you in on my theory.. once again. I believe that the center of the Earth is expanding, caused by our entering the Galactic Plane and receiving added energy into the poles of the Earth. As the core of the Earth receives more energy, it heats up and expands causing freaky volcanic eruptions, mega earthquakes and mysterious and instantaneous cracks in the crust. Not too difficult to figure out.. as long as you aren't a Big Brain! lol

There have been 51 earthquakes worldwide over the past 24 hours which registered a 4.0 or higher. The majority of them occurred at Japan.

March 13, 2011, Earth Shifts & Are Mega Earthquakes Triggering Volcanoes?
It appears that large earthquakes have a tendency to trigger volcanic eruptions. In my last post, I reported on how a volcano in Indonesia and several in Russia erupted only hours after the 8.9 magnitude quake in Japan.
Although the Big Brains continue to argue and scratch their overly inflated heads about the matter, we know better... earthquakes, especailly large ones, cause underground shifting and cracking which opens up fissures for gases, lava and other underground ingredients to escape through.
Just follow along because we have another example of this occurring today.
Japan Quake Repercussions
The 8.9 magnitude quake (which could be upgraded to a 9.0) that hit off the coast of Japan on Friday, moved the entire island 8 feet, or 2.4 meters. It has also shifted the axis of the Earth by 4 inches, or 10 centimeters.
Although this quake was only the 5th largest since 1900, it was Japan's largest quake in their recorded history. This quake was much larger than the one to hit Haiti and was approximately the same size as the one that caused over 200,000 deaths in Indonesia in 2004. The tsunami was also about the same size, however it radiated out to open sea and didn't hit as many populated areas as the Indonesia quake.

Japan Volcano Erupts
The Shinmoedake volcano on the southern island of Kyushu erupted today. Hundreds of people fled the eruption which spewed hot ash and threw boulders into the air. This particular volcano first erupted back in January after being dormant for 52 years.
This is another example of a volcanic eruption directly following the massive Japan quake and the Big Brains are wondering if this eruption was triggered by the giant quake.
Folks, the quake caused a rupture 250 miles long by 100 miles wide and slipped tectonic plates more than 18 meters. I do believe that a rupture that large would definately shake things up underground as well as above. Just common sense talking though... I'm no overly educated Big Brain.

A Mud Volcano Erupts
Yep, ya heard me right. In Azerbaijan, a mud volcano also erupted today sending fire 50 meters into the sky. Of course, as is the nature of a mud volcano, it oozed lots of mud too just prior to the fire-breathing explosion.

Peru Damage From The Tsunami
Just want to give you all a report no the tsunami damage here in Peru. The main thrust of the tsunami waves hit around 7:50pm local time. Pueblo Nuevo de Colan, in the north of Peru, received damage as the ocean withdrew some 200 meters before surging back to shore and destroying several homes situated along the ocean's edge.
The port of Pisco, in the southern part of the country saw an ocean surge which flooded the town square and did damage to around 300 homes. No other damage has been reported.

I'll be keeping my eye on things because I'm convinced that we are only in the beginning stages of Earth changes. In my 25 February blog, I go over a report released which shows that on December 21, 2010 siesmic activity occurred WORLDWIDE as if the entire planet shook. I believe that this is the time when the Earth actually entered the Galactic Plane which is called the Black Rift by the Mayans and referred to in other cultures as well.
By December 21, 2012, exactly two years after the 2010 occurance, the Earth will be entering the main stream of powerful energy flowing from the Galactic Center (like entering the main current of a river in its center). I believe, at this point, the Earth will begin to experience worldwide catastophic events.
I also believe that the galactic energy flowing from the Galactic Center will transform us and provide the necessary energy needed for us to make a quantum leap in evolution. I also believe that other beings (whether from other planets or perhaps even higher dimensions) will assist us through this transformation.
My advice is to prepare spiritually for this VERY fast paced spiritual ascension which has already begun and will only grow faster and more intense as we move along. Those who open up their chakras and absorb the energy freely will have a smoother transformation experience. Those who resist could have a very difficult time, emotionally, mentally and physically.

I've also been on an aggressive spiritual path for most of my 48 years and understand that there is much more which exists than what meets the eye.

March 11, 2011 - Escalating Earth Change Events - Wow!
I commented over the past week or so how calm things were and that it was the 'calm before the storm'. Well, things have cut loose over the past 3 days! Check out all that's happened in the following entry.
Japan Mega Quake and Ensuing Tsunami
I'm sure everyone has heard by now of the devastating 8.9 earthquake that struck Japan today and the 23 foot tsunami it spawned. Over 1,000 deaths are expected (the latest report confirms 1,300 deaths) as the tsunami rushed inland for 2 miles before dragging everything back out to sea.
The quake damaged a nuclear power plant and one report I read says the reactor has overheated to 1,000 times its normal temp. Over 3,000 people have been evacuated from around the nuclear plant and radioactive vapor is being released in hopes it will relieve the internal pressure of the reactor.
The 8.9 quake was the fifth largest recorded since 1900 and was almost 8,000 times more powerful than the Christchurch, NZ quake.
The tsumami also hit the west coast of the US with Crescent City, California being the worst hit. The damage is estimated at $2 million. The wave there was recorded at 8.1 feet high causing 1 confirmed death with 3 others missing who were washed out to sea. Hawaii also saw large waves with beaches and some beachfront hotel lobbies being swamped.
Even the west coast of South America is under a tsunami warning. Where I live in Peru, evactuations of the coast were called for in Lima (and other places I'm sure). Beaches, beachfront businesses and residents and the highway running along the beach were evactuated at 5pm. A friend of mine reported on Facebook that tsunami waves hit Lima at 7:50pm, but no details were given. I'll have to fill everyone in on the news in tomorrow's post.

Mount Karangetang in Indonesia erupted just hours after the Japan earthquake sending lava and hot gases down its slopes.
Also, several volcanoes erupted in Russia just hours after the 8.9 quake. Scientists aren't sure if the large quake triggered the eruptions, but the possibility is very likely. Earthquakes were felt by residents of the volcanic area prior to and during the eruptions.

Folks, this is amazing! Normally, there are between 7 to 25 earthquakes worldwide in a 24 hour period. This blasts that figure out of the water! Something is definately happening beneath the Earth's surface and I am sure we have yet to see the worst of things.

Flooding Occurs in the Eastern US
Strong storms producing heavy rains have caused significant flooding in the Eastern US. From Ohio to Maryland to Maine have experienced flooding. Areas lying outside of New York City were some of the hardest hit because of heavy snows that are still melting and adding to the problem.
Major flooding is expected along the Pequannock, Ramapo, Passaic and Pompton Rivers in northern New Jersey. Also, the Susquehanna River in northeastern Pennsyvania is expected to climb as high as 8 feet over flood stage near Wilkes-Barre.

Solar Flares Are Heating Up
After 4 years of calm, the sun has begun to shoot off a steady line of X-class flares. The latest occurred on Wednesday, 9 March and its affects were seen in the northern hemisphere yesterday and continuing today in the form of auroras.
Auroras were seen as far south as Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota in the US. Two very strong X-class flares have occurred in the past month, one on 15 February and the other on 9 March. The sun is in its 24th cycle and is showing signs of heating up.

This cycle is predicted to max out around December of 2012 or the early part of 2013, just in time for the Mayan Calendar predictions. Expect to see some really powerful solar flares occur over the next two years.
Again, let me reiterate that my theory is that the Earth has begun its descent into the Galactic Plane (as of 21 December, 2010 - See my entry of 25 February concerning this). Excessive energy from the Galactic Center is and will be continuing to flood the Earth's poles with charged energy, effectively heating up the core and causing mega quakes and volcanic eruptions. Also, violent storms and shifting weather patterns will continue to ensue.
We cannot stop this natural cycle from occurring as it has happened 5 confirmed times in the Earth's past. However, what makes this time around worse is that manmade pollutants have weakened the Earth's protective shield (ozone) which is allowing even more energy to pass into the Earth's atmosphere and poles.
Since we can't stop this natural cycle, we can only prepare ourselves to meet these events head on and, hopefully, catch an evacuation out of it. Now is the time to be raising one's energy levels. This does a couple of very important things.
One, raising your energy level will make you much more sensitive to coming events and to the "voice of Spirit" (whatever you believe that to be). Raising your energy level developes your sixth sense and gives you a warning of things to come along with hunches and advice on where and when to move. My wife and I have recently moved from Lima to Arequipa based on this guidance.
Second, raising your energy level makes you a beakon to aliens who will be looking for people with high energy vibrations to evacuate out of this turmoil. I don't know when their agenda calls for the evacuation, but I am personally convinced this will take place before the world hits the point of utter destruction.
Understand that this is a cleansing and elevating process and must occur. Our part is to live responsibly and to raise our vibration to a higher level so that we are ready to transform when the time comes. At this very moment, Galactic energy is pouring into our bodies and changing our molecular structure. We are being transformed. Those who relax and give into this transformation will go through the process much more smoothly than those who resist it.

March 9, 2011 - Floods, Tornadoes, Volcanoes, Earthquakes & More
I've missed several days of blogging due to an important writing project deadline which I had to work extra time on to complete. Things have been popping so I'll get right into it.
Earthquake Report
I'll start with the Earthquake Report because some big ones occurred back on Saturday and have been continuing.
Saturday morning, my wife and I were awoken by an earthquake. After investigating, I found out it was from a 6.2 quake that occurred in Chile on the Chile/Peru border some 1,800 miles away. Also, on Saturday, a 6.6 occurred in the South Sandwich Islands.
Yesterday, a 7.2 occurred off the coast of Japan near Honshu just east of Sendai city, causing a sunami warning to be issued, although a large sunami wasn't anticipated.
Today, three more large quakes occurred in the Honshu area, the first a 6.0, the second a 6.1 and the third a 6.3.
In the past 24 hours, 34 earthquakes have occurred worldwide registering a 4.0 or higher.

Hawaii's Kilauea Increasing Activity
Hawaii's Kilauea volcano opened a new 1.5 mile fissure over the weekend. It is now spewing 5 times more lava and 25 times more sulfur dioxide gas than it was before this event. Some lava fountains are shooting 245 feet into the sky.
Although there is no immediate threat to humans, the concern is that the tradewinds will change and the toxic gas will be blown towards populated areas causing "headaches, breathing difficulties, increased susceptibility to repiratiry ailments, watery eyes and sore throat."

As I've said before, my theory is that the Earth is entering the Galactic Plane where it is experiencing an increased amount of energy from the center of the galaxy. This is in conjunction with the sun heating up (I'm sure from the same occurrance) and hitting the Earth with more of its energy. These two events are supercharging the Earth's core, causing it to expand and create more severe and frequent earthquakes and volcanic events.
Another Polar Ice Melt Report Released
Another report has been released adding strength to previous reports that the polar ice caps are melting faster than previously believed. New satellite data and climate models are revealing that the polar ice caps are melting enough each year to raise the global ocean water level by 1.3mm.
This new research suggests that the ice caps are melting much faster than models are predicting (duh!). Furthermore, if the present melting trends continue, by 2050 the oceans could see a rise of 5.9 inches and, by the end of the 21st century, the levels could be to 22 inches.
The interesting part of this report is that the Big Brains acknowledge (for a change) that these figures are probably underestimated (as usual) due to rises in global warming, expansion of sea waters due to the Earth's heating up and glacier melt which will all compound the problem.

Southern US Pounded By Tornadoes and Flooding Caused by Heavy Rains
The Southeastern US has been pommelled by strong storms which produced tornadoes and heavy rains. Alabama, Mississippi and Louisianna sustained excessive damage from the twisters and flooding with Alabama and Lousianna declaring a state of emergency.
The storms are moving to the northeast and New Jersey is expecting a 'significant event', preparing for severe flooding there.

Storm Weary Queesland Australia Gets Hit by a Cyclone
A cyclone landed in Queensland carrying with it heavy monsoon rains which caused flash flooding in many parts of the region. Cardwell was especially hard hit even as it was trying to recover from a direct hit by Cyclone Yasi back in February. Over 8 inches of rain fell there in a 24 hour period causing extensive flooding.

A List of 23 Governments Which Could Fall Due To Rising Food Prices
This was an interesting article I came across on Monday (published Friday, March 5). The UN just released a report revealing 23 countries which are likely to destabilize very soon if the cost of food continues to climb due to climate change and other factors.
Already, the world food banks are at a crisis level with food prices reaching an all time high in February. The current upheaval in the Middle East is being largely attributed to the escalating food prices and lack of employment. The report says that things could get much worse if prices continue to climb, causing numerous countries to crumble.
Egypt and Tunisia are on the list and they have already seen an overthrow of government. Lybia, too, makes the cut and is currenty going through a bloody revolution which could even result in US and UN intervention. Others like China, Algeria, Lebanon and Morocco are experiencing increased protests and political upheaval. Earthquake Report
I'll start with the Earthquake Report because some big ones occurred back on Saturday and have been continuing.
Saturday morning, my wife and I were awoken by an earthquake. After investigating, I found out it was from a 6.2 quake that occurred in Chile on the Chile/Peru border some 1,800 miles away. Also, on Saturday, a 6.6 occurred in the South Sandwich Islands.
Yesterday, a 7.2 occurred off the coast of Japan near Honshu just east of Sendai city, causing a sunami warning to be issued, although a large sunami wasn't anticipated.
Today, three more large quakes occurred in the Honshu area, the first a 6.0, the second a 6.1 and the third a 6.3.
In the past 24 hours, 34 earthquakes have occurred worldwide registering a 4.0 or higher.

March 5, 2011 - US Tornado Season Fires Up , Midwest US Expects Crop Damaging Floods & Lake Chad Shrinks
It's been fairly quiet over the past week and I've been quite busy, thus the reduction in posts. However, it looks like things are about to start poppin', at least in the US as it enters its Spring storm season. Not only is the tornado season beginning, but massive, crop-damaging floods are expected.
US Tornado Season Gets Started
Three suspected tornados ripped through Acadia Parish, Louisiana this morning, killing one young woman and injuring a dozen more. Strong, warm, moist Gulf air is slowly moving through the Mississippi Valley and into the Northeast which is expected to produce flash flooding and could spark numerous tornados. Flash flood warnings have been issued for Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Indiana and Illinois.

Well have to wait and see how violent the tornado season is this year. However, statistically, tonadoes are becoming more numerous, larger and more violent due to climate change and global warming.
The US Midwest Corn Belt Preps For Massive Spring Flooding
Due to one of the most snow laden winters on record and coupled with spring storms which are expected to produce heavier than usual rains, the US Midwest is preparing for massive floods which could be greater than those in 2008. Northern Iowa, Minnesota and the Dakotas saw snow accummulation this winter through February of 125 to over 200 percent higher than average.
The flooding is bad enough news. However, what's even worse is the fact that most of the flooding is expected in areas which are the considered the Corn Belt of the US, as well as supplying large quantities of spring wheat and soybeans to the global market. What this means is that the already stressed food bank could be stessed even further causing even higher food prices.

Remember, this is on top of Northern China's wheat region which is suffering a record drought at the moment, and last summer's Soviet Union drought which caused massive destruction in their wheat crops. If the US wheat crop gets hammered by severe flooding, it could really cause a global ripple in wheat prices.

Lake Chad, which is located in the country of Chad in Central Africa, is shrinking at an alarming rate. The most recent satelite photos show that the lake has been reduced to a 20th of its original size. What was a fertile area is being reduced to parched earth. Over 20 million people rely on this fresh water lake for survival so the ramifications of its going dry are severe.
The Big Brains mainly blame over irrigation for Lake Chad's deminishing (and that is definately part of the problem - over population), but the locals attribute it to climate change. Best side with the locals on this one because common sense out matches the educated idiots every time!

March 3, 2011 - For Da US, Da Floods Dey Are A Comin'
Floods Feared Across Much of the US
Heavy rains are expected this weekend across New England and the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. These rains come on top of a heavy winter snowfall and previous rains which, just this week, caused flooding in some parts of the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. The ground in this part of the country is already saturated so the runoff of rain into streams and rivers is expected to cause them to overflow in many areas.

Part of England Saw Its Darkest Winter Ever
The Southeast section of England experienced its darkest winter ever recorded this season. From December through February, this area received 40% less sunshine than usual. Heathrow airport only got to see the sun for a whopping 98.2 hours during that period, making it the cloudiest winter since they started keeping records back in 1957.
Even though the country received heavy snow, this winter was still very dry. Precipitation over the entire country was 22% less than normal.

Today, the UK released another 8,000 pages of its UFO sighting and investigation documents. Some sightings are credible, but many others are quite bazaar. The files do mention that some incidents were discussed with both the UN and the CIA.
The most eye-opening part of the files was not what was in them per se, but what was NOT in them. The controversial "Rendlesham incident" was completely missing from the documents. This occurred in 1980 when US servicemen stationed in Suffolk submitted a report saying that they saw a series of mysterious lights overhead. Officials say that they can't account for what happened to the papers. hmmmm That's fishy!

March 1, 2011 - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Drought & A Mongolian UFO?
Today is my son's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY DOODADS! =)
This past Sunday was also me and my wife's anniversary, so we slipped away for a rootin' tootin' weekend... if you are wondering what happened to me. It was a spur of the moment move of passion, so ya really can't blame me, can ya?!
Got a bit of catching up to do, so let's get to it!
Record Set in Perth, Australia
This summer was the driest and hottest on record in Perth. They only received 0.2mm of rain compared to the usual 32mm. Also, they had 59 days with temps above 30°C which broke the previous record of 53 days. A nighttime heat record was also set with 15 consecutive days where the temps didn't fall below 20°C. The previous record was 13 days set back in 1990.

The severe drought continues in northern China, affecting 200 million people and devastating the nation's breadbasket. The northern part of the country is running out of water fast with underground sources quickly drying up and the water stress is only growing worse.
The major problem, besides the drought, is that the major cities of China are in the north (ie Beijing, Tianjin, etc) and are exploding in both population and industry which tends to use more water. Beijing is actually sinking because its aquifer is dropping so rapidly. Reminds me of Mexico City which is doing the same thing.
The Big Brains fear that the water supply will be completely gone within 30 years and we all know the Big Brain rule by now... they ALWAYS overestimate! I figure they'll be dangerously strapped for water within 5 to 10 years.
Let me pose this question to inquiring minds: What happens when the biggest world economy with the largest population of people containing the largest army on the planet will do when they run out of water? First they will buy everything up (check out the next segment) and then, when the world says 'no more!', they will simply move in and take it from others.
This article says that this year is the first which China has NOT been able to provide enough food for themselves and have purchased from the world market.. which is a big factor in higher global food prices. It could get MUCH worse over then next couple of years.

Food Prices Spiking in the US
Food prices in the US are expected to leap by 4 percent in 2011 due to skyrocketing commodity costs from climate change events and increasing global demands on food sources. This is a full 1 percent higher than predicted by the USDA last March. <-- Did you see that?! Another example of the Big Brains missing the mark yet again! Now, the reason they UNDERESTIMATED this figure is because it deals with MONEY! When it comes to money, the Big Brains will always paint a rosier picture than actually exists in reality.

So, here we see a direct result of China's drought and population problem, as well as climate change and global warming patterns that are affecting the weather in other parts of the world (Russia, Europe, Australia, South America), affecting the prices of the world food supply.
Now, at first, higher prices will be the result, but I have to present this question to the thinkers out there... What happens when the majority of the Earth's population can't afford food?! Ya reckon things will get a little sticky?! Some are saying that the crazy transitions and uprisings we've been seeing in the Middle East are directly related to low pay, high prices and the lack of jobs. Image this problem expanding globally.
Russia Volcano Continues to Spout Off
The Kizimen Volcano, one of several in Russia's volcanic region, is showing no signs of quieting down. This particular volcano, together with a series of volcanoes in this area, rumbled to life back in December of 2010 after being dormant for 80 years.
Actually, I just posted a report on this a few days ago which says that some scientists believe that this crazy cold winter in the US and Europe has partially occurred due to Russia's volcanic activity pushing heat over the North Pole and pushing cold Arctic air farther south. Nice Footage of a UFO Over the Mongolia Airport
This is a very cool piece of footage. The biggest problem with it is that the videographer couldn't hold the camera still when moving in for a closeup, but there is still some awesome footage of this UFO. It is diamond shaped and, if you watch carefully, there are numerous smaller white ships that come in and out of the larger one. This becomes even clearer towards the end.
Then, at the end of the video, a bubble forms around the diamond-shaped craft, turns to a solid yet transparent white color and then disappears... almost like it entered a cloaking device, or maybe even wormholed out. I'm not sure when the video was taken, but it was posted on Youtube on January 3 of this year. Very awesome video!

Things continue to move at a very rapid pace. It's most definately worth keeping an eye on. You might ask, 'What the hell can we do about it?' Well, not much. However, it is my wholehearted belief that beings from other worlds (if not dimensions) will assist us with an evacuation. This is why I get terribly excited over UFO sightings. Again, I believe we will witness bonifide contact with other beings within the next two years.

Food Prices Spiking in the US
Food prices in the US are expected to leap by 4 percent in 2011 due to skyrocketing commodity costs from climate change events and increasing global demands on food sources. This is a full 1 percent higher than predicted by the USDA last March. <-- Did you see that?! Another example of the Big Brains missing the mark yet again! Now, the reason they UNDERESTIMATED this figure is because it deals with MONEY! When it comes to money, the Big Brains will always paint a rosier picture than actually exists in reality.

So, here we see a direct result of China's drought and population problem, as well as climate change and global warming patterns that are affecting the weather in other parts of the world (Russia, Europe, Australia, South America), affecting the prices of the world food supply.
Now, at first, higher prices will be the result, but I have to present this question to the thinkers out there... What happens when the majority of the Earth's population can't afford food?! Ya reckon things will get a little sticky?! Some are saying that the crazy transitions and uprisings we've been seeing in the Middle East are directly related to low pay, high prices and the lack of jobs. Image this problem expanding globally.
Russia Volcano Continues to Spout Off
The Kizimen Volcano, one of several in Russia's volcanic region, is showing no signs of quieting down. This particular volcano, together with a series of volcanoes in this area, rumbled to life back in December of 2010 after being dormant for 80 years.
Actually, I just posted a report on this a few days ago which says that some scientists believe that this crazy cold winter in the US and Europe has partially occurred due to Russia's volcanic activity pushing heat over the North Pole and pushing cold Arctic air farther south. Nice Footage of a UFO Over the Mongolia Airport
This is a very cool piece of footage. The biggest problem with it is that the videographer couldn't hold the camera still when moving in for a closeup, but there is still some awesome footage of this UFO. It is diamond shaped and, if you watch carefully, there are numerous smaller white ships that come in and out of the larger one. This becomes even clearer towards the end.
Then, at the end of the video, a bubble forms around the diamond-shaped craft, turns to a solid yet transparent white color and then disappears... almost like it entered a cloaking device, or maybe even wormholed out. I'm not sure when the video was taken, but it was posted on Youtube on January 3 of this year. Very awesome video!

Things continue to move at a very rapid pace. It's most definately worth keeping an eye on. You might ask, 'What the hell can we do about it?' Well, not much. However, it is my wholehearted belief that beings from other worlds (if not dimensions) will assist us with an evacuation. This is why I get terribly excited over UFO sightings. Again, I believe we will witness bonifide contact with other beings within the next two years.

February 25, 2011 - The Earth - She's Heating Up!
There's a lot of Earth change events to report on so I'm gonna get right down and dirty with it.
Peru Glacier Melt Report
Although not new news, this most recent report coming out about glacier melt in Peru shows how dire the situation is. The Huaytapallana Mountain shed, Peru's largest glacier pack, has lost 50% of its mass in just the past 23 years (survey figures ending in 2006 - so we have a few years already on further melting). This gives credibility to the prediction that the entire glacier system in the Andes Mountains could be gone completely in another 10 years. The reason... things are heating up and melting is occurring that much quicker. So... if it only took 23 years for 50% to melt then it won't take that long for the other 50% to melt.
This presents a BIG problem for Peru as most of the population lives on the coastline, or near to it, and depends on glacier melt runoff for their water supply. Now, I live in Peru and am watching this with great interest!

World Volcanic Activity Heating Up
This was interesting to me since I haven't seen anything on it before. Probably because nations tend to hide such info from the main public.
Russia's volcano belt along the eastern seaboard of Kamchatka have been displaying unusual activity over the past six months. Scientists have concluded that the record cold weather which the US and Europe have experienced this year is due to this phenomenon. The warm air of the volcanic activity has moved over the poles, pushing the colder air farther south.
Also, these eruptions have been blamed for record drought in Russia whcih has driven up world food prices.
There you have it! Climate change and Earth changes are directly affecting the rest of the planet. No matter that we don't live next door to an erupting volcano... we ALL are going to feel the effects of these drastic changes.

Another Philippines Volcano Awakening
The Taal volcano in Batangas, Philippines has produced at least 7 quakes in the past 24 hours which are signs that it is getting ready for an eruption. The volcano has even produced some steam blasts.
Although its still on a Level 1 Alert, the potential for Taal to awaken is quite possible and is being watched closely.

Yellowstone 'Super Volcano' Is Showing Steady Signs of a Potential Eruption
This is a BIGGIE! If Yellowstone blows, it will devastate 2/3 of the United States, making it uninhabitable. The super volcano has been showing increasing signs of an eruption. Over the past 3 years, the ground has risen 3 inches PER YEAR, the highest increase in its recorded history. It has produced increased activity in other ways since 2004, causing alarm in the scientific community.
The last two eruptions of the super volcano occurred approximately 1.3 million years ago and then 642,000 years ago. Since it seems to erupt on a specific cycle, scientist studying the super volcano believe it is due to erupt again... and the signs are proving them right!

I believe this super volcano will erupt around the Mayan Calendar prediction of December 21, 2012. February 23, 2011 - NZ Mourns, A UFO Wormhole & UFO Dances With Jets
New Zealand Earthquake Update
Reports are beginning to come in concerning the casualties of the large and shallow earthquake that struck near Christchurch on Monday. This morning's report sets the official death toll at 98 with 226 people still missing.
This quake, although lower in intensity than the large quake 5 months ago which caused no casualties, was more deadly because it occurred closer to Christchurch, was shallower and occurred on a Monday during midday when large numbers of people were at work, school, etc.
Buildings damaged number in the thousands. Over 100 aftershocks since the quake have caused even more damage.

UFO Caught On Film Toying With US Military Jet Fighters
I am absolutely loving the footage that continues to come out with more regularity concerning UFOs. I totally understand that there are A-holes out there that try to release fake footage and images, but with all the camcorders and cell phones in the world today, we are getting some awesome footage of REAL UFOs!
This report comes from a part-time UFO hunter, Robert Thorson, in Fresno, CA who apparently gets some regular footage due to Fresno being a UFO hot spot (some places around the world are, for whatever reason). This footage takes place at approximately 6:30pm on February 20th and Mr Thorson said the event lasted so long that his arms got tired from holding up the camera!
A bright orb was filmed seemingly toying with a couple of aircraft. The provided link has a partial video which clearly shows the orb. Although it's a bit difficult to see because it's being filmed at night, you can still make out (I count 2) sets of blinking lights coming from aircraft. The orb hovers and moves amidst the two aircraft, sometimes appearing to chase them and at other times it appears as if the aircraft are trying to check out the orb. At the very end of the provided video, Mr Thorson gets some decent closeup footage of the UFO which clearly shows numerous lights on the vessel which do not blink.

A Possible UFO Wormhole Opening In Japan?
Speaking of UFO hot spots... Around a week ago, a fleet of UFOs were seen and videoed by numerous eye-witnesses over Mt Fuji in Japan. However, this event isn't unusual as numerous sightings have occurred in the same area by various witnesses over a long period of time. Some Japanese researchers suggest that a wormhole may be present in that particular area allowing distant UFO travelers to make quick trips to Earth.
Video is also included with this report and definately shows clear images of metallic objects moving through the sky. The occassional person even passes in front of the camera to give it a bit more perspective.

It is my conviction that we on Earth will experience alien contact very shortly. I personally believe it will be right around the Maya Calendar ending date of 21 Dec, 2012. I say this because I totally believe that this Mayan date signifies the beginning of a massive and catastrophic chain of events that will all but descimate the planet. The Bible refers to this time as the Great Tribulation and even says that 'If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened' (Matt 24:22 NIV).
The Bible also makes reference to what I believe is a mass UFO rescue operation. The same verse shows up in two book references 'And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other' (Matt 24:31), and 'And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens' (Mark 13:27).
What you have to look at here is that the Hebrew word for 'angel' literally translates as 'messenger'. I have yet to see a photograph of a winged critter which normally comes to mind when you say 'angel', but I have seen hundreds of photos and footage of UFOs and their numbers are increasing. My theory and belief is that UFOs are returning in order to 'beam up' (or what the church deems as 'rapture') those who have a certain elevated energy wave (the elect).
Also, there continues to come to light very convincing evidence from all backgrounds that the god or gods mentioned in various religious texts were actually describing alien encounters. Much more believable than the religious fairy tale visions pressed on the masses.
Of course, all the people rescued will NOT be Christian... an ignorant thought... but will be anyone and everyone who has elevated their energy level to a higher vibration. But I'm not going to go further on that in this blog as I want to focus on the actual manifesting events and not on spiritual beliefs. However, I will say that the two DEFINATELY tie in together and so these things need mentioning once in awhile. =)

February 22, 2011 - Philippines Are Rockin' With Lotsa Aftershockin'
Things were fairly quiet today around the world.
The midwest US got hammered with another winter storm, but no records were set or broken so que ser'a ser'a.
Philippines Volcano
The Bulusan volcano in the Philippines continues to gurgle and growl, producing some 16 quakes since it awoke with an eruption yesterday. Two of those quakes were considered volcanic explosions which produced some ash. Scientists are also warning of lahar flows if the area gets any heavy rain.

UK Floods of 2000 Deemed Caused By Global Warming
Two reports have been released which determine.. yes.. that the autumn 2000 floods in the UK, the wettest on record, were caused by greenhouse gases. lol Oh boy, the Big Brains really make me laugh sometimes!
The Big Brains said that after analyzing their computer models 'thousands of times', they concluded that manmade pollutants did indeed cause the record flooding. Pretty smart of the Big Brains, don't ya think?! Hell, I've been watching weather patterns and climate change events for two decades and concluded from simple observation that weather events have been heating up... and not once did I need a computer program to tell me this! lol

We had a mild earthquake here in Arequipa, Peru in the middle of last night which woke both my wife and I up. There was a big rumble and then a long roar, although there was no noticable shaking. This morning, a report said it was a 4.2 quake. Peru, as well as the whole western coast of South America, gets quite a few earthquakes and tremors as the Andes Mountains are located on a faultline and were created by tectonic plate upheaval.
Anyway, time to hit the hay. Hope everyone is safe in their neck of the woods.

We had a mild earthquake here in Arequipa, Peru in the middle of last night which woke both my wife and I up. There was a big rumble and then a long roar, although there was no noticable shaking. This morning, a report said it was a 4.2 quake. Peru, as well as the whole western coast of South America, gets quite a few earthquakes and tremors as the Andes Mountains are located on a faultline and were created by tectonic plate upheaval.
Anyway, time to hit the hay. Hope everyone is safe in their neck of the woods.

February 21, 2011 - Spewing Volcano, Deadly Earthquake & An Unrecognizable Planet
Planet Earth experienced a couple large events today.
Philippine Eruption
The Bulusan volcano erupted today sending a huge column of smoke and ash into the sky. Bulusan lays about 360 kilometers from Manila in country that is largely farmland. Thousands of residents in a nearby town fled during the approximate 20 minute eruption which covered their town in ash. The last Bulusan eruption occurred from March through June of 2006.

This latest eruption just adds to the increased volcanic activity which is occurring, or is expected to occur, in the coming weeks and months. Again, my theory is that the increased solar and galactic energy which is funnelling into the Earth's core via its compromised poles is causing the inner contents of the planet to expand.
I say "compromised poles" because man-made pollutants are weakening the protective ozone layer around the globe, thus allowing more charged solar and galactic energy to pour through it. And I say "galactic energy" because I believe, in line with the Maya and other ancient cultures, that we are entering the Galactic Plane which is an area of direct energy flow from the center of our galaxy, or the Galactic Center.
Earthquake Report
There have been 18 earthquakes worldwide which registered a 4.0 or higher.
One of those earthquakes occurred near Christchurch, New Zealand which did a great deal of damage, caused numerous injuries and probably deaths, although no official casualty report has come forth yet. The 6.3 magnitude quake occurred 3 miles from Christchurch and was only 2.5 miles deep. A tremendous amount of damaged occurred because of the shallowness of the quake and its close proximity to Christchurch.
A 7.1 quake did damage to Christchurch back on September 4th of last year, but caused no casualties. The city has experienced hundreds of aftershocks since then. Witnessed said the quake was very violent and lasted about one minute.

The Big Brains are finally starting to catch onto things I believe. Of course, only an idiot would remain blind and ignorant to climate change with all the record breaking, freak, intense and increased activity which is going on. I suppose the Big Brains figure it's about time to shit or get off the pot!
Experts attending a major US conference of science Sunday warned that if something isn't done to stop the population explosion, the Earth would be 'unrecognizable' by the year 2050. The U.N. has said that the Earth's population would hit 7 billion this year and that it would easily reach 9 billion by 2050.
If you are familiar with the exponential curve then you will reconize that we have hit it. It has taken 10,000 years for humanity to hit 7 billion people and we are going to see 2 billion more added in a mere 40 more years.
We are already seeing significant problems with the food supply now because of climate change affecting weather patterns and because of overpopulation. The Big Brains actually admit that the planet will not be at all what we see it as now in another 40 years.
Of course, the Big Brain answer to minimizing the population is birth control, or family planning as they call it. But I want to quote a quote here because of its significance and underlying tones. A Big Brain said, '"We want to minimize population growth, and the only viable way to do that is through more effective family planning," said Casterline.'

Now, this Big Brain is being the 'good egg' and saying that birth control is the only VIABLE way to solve the problem. Remember, he's addressing a MAJOR U.S. science crowd that is sure to include gov officials in some capacity. Therefore, his comment is like sticking an elbow in the ribs of the goverment while saying birth control is the only VIABLE answer. That's a BIG hint, hint!
You can bet your bottom dollar that the U.S. gov is planning to wipe a bunch of people out on this planet, through some form of biological means, or worse. Mark my words on that one! But, this blog is reserved for NATURAL climate change, space and solar events, not diabolical politically inspired disasters, so I'll leave it at that.

February 19, 2011 - Potential Monster Space Storms, Lotsa Liveable Planets and Water Poverty
Nothing catastrophic seems to have happened across the planet today. However, several interesting reports came out proclaiming concerns for the coming years. We'll address those concerns today.
Space Storms Should Be Taken Seriously
The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) warned the gov that space storms should be taken seriously (duh!). They said the sun is beefing up its activity in the current cycle and it's not a question of if, but when a devastating blast hits Earth. They actually consider us lucky to come out of the last X-class flare with little damage to communications, GPS guidance and electrical grids.
The Big Brains are warning that transformers and capacitors used in much of our technological equipment today are very vulnerable to solar blasts. They say a strong, direct hit from a large solar flare could knock out power and communications for days, weeks, months and even YEARS! I reckon an investment in boxes of candles and tin cans with long strings attached is a wise move with current solar trends.

Get Out the Good China, We've Got Neighbors
Preliminary results are in from NASA's Kepler telescope and scientists are predicting there are roughly 50 billion planets in our Milky Way galaxy alone. Out of those, they say at least 500 million could contain some kind of life with a rough guestimate of 1,235 planets which could be habitable like Earth.
Now, always keep in mind the Big Brain rule... they are NEVER right! As far as climate change goes, they tend to overestimate things. However, as far as deep space predictions go, they apparently like to underestimate things! Silly, silly Big Brains. Only 1,200 habitable planets out of 50 billion. I can't wait until our neighbors stop in for a visit and blow the Big Brains' grey matter right out their ears with the truth. Anyway, moving on..
The Big Brains once believed that there were an estimated 100 billion stars (suns) in the Milky Way, but have now adjusted that number to 300 billion. See! They've already moved that number up. Shouldn't be long before they increase that livable planet number as well. The fun part of these numbers is that this 300 billion stars and 50 billion planets is JUST in our galaxy... and the "estimated" number of galaxies in the universe is 100 billion!! And remember, that number is HORRIBLY underestimated by the Big Brains!!
Folks, if other lifeforms like us (although maybe uglier or prettier than us) don't exist in this humongus universe then I'll gladly eat my shorts. It is simply narrow minded, not to mention exceptionally egotistical, to think that we are the only intelligent lifeforms that exist (and I use "intelligent" loosely).

UK Sees Beginning Signs of 'Water Poverty'
A report has been released entitled Vulnerability to Heat Waves and Drought: Adaptation to Climate Change which shows that water could become a scarce commodity for millions (if not billions) of lower income world citizens due to climate change and a consumer demand that is rapidly on the rise.
Already in the UK, four million households are considered to be 'water poor' because of water shortage due to climate change and consumer demand which have raised tariffs on water. Water is quickly becoming out of reach pricewise for many people... and the problem is expected to get much worse.
I've been saying this for years, but it's worth repeating... water will soon replace oil as the number one cherished world commodity. I've also predicted that any future wars will be fought over natural resources due to these factors of climate change and population explostion. Anyone wanna bet?

February 18, 2011 - Coming US Mess, Vicious Volcanoes & an Angry Sun
I was a bit delayed on releasing this post. I normally like to publish the day's climate change and cosmic occurrances at the end of the day. However, yesterday was a busy day and by the time I researched and noted all the following info, it was 11:30pm and I was exhausted. So, following are the events which occurred on 18 Feb. US Spring Flood Mess
Folks are preparing for the possibility of record breaking flooding in the Midwest due to extremely heavy and, in some cases, record breaking snowfalls this winter (worst in decades). Already, temps have reached into the 50s and if a quick warming occurs then river waters could rise rapidly.
The National Weather Service has begun to broadcast flood warnings to communities living in certain river valleys, and many residents have already begun piling sandbags in anticipation of the rising waters. Although the major waterways are of most concern, like the Red River in Minnesota and North Dakota, North Dakota's Devil Lake, the Big Sioux and James Rivers in South Dakota and the Upper Mississippi River, flooding is expected along most all Midwestern waterways.
Folks best be breakin' out their armpit high waders and canoes!

Earth Changing Volcanoes Growing Angry
First, the Kilauea volcano located on Hawaii's Big Island continues to increase its activity with its crater lava lake reaching the highest point ever observed. Geologists studying the volcano say this rise indicates an increase in magma volume (duh! Leave it to the Big Brains to make such an obvious statement sound so profound!).
Now, although the Kilauea volcano has been continuously erupting since 1983 (the longest erupting volcano in the world), a record increase in magma levels isn't a good thing. I see it as another "sign" that the core of the planet is heating up and expanding the inner magma mass. Remember, we are currently going through a solar storm with solar energy and radiation pouring into the core of the Earth through the Earth's poles.

Second, Mt. Nyiragongo, located in the Rift Valley near the city of Goma in the Congo of Africa, is showing signs of an eruption. In 2002, the monster erupted and covered a large part of the city in six feet of lava. Scientists are predicting the coming eruption might make the last look like a baby fart (my words.. ya reckon!).
The Rift Valley was created by seismic and volcanic activity. However, the interesting thing is that this area has been coming alive in the past several years, even causing concern that a major seismic event could open a waterway for it to be flooded by the Red Sea (which I previously reported on). The underwater section of the Rift in the Red Sea is widening and tremors, earthquakes and eruptions have been increasing.
This increased activity is yet another "sign" that things within the Earth's core are heating up and expanding.

Another Large Solar Fire Burst
Yesterday, another very large solar burst occurred. This CME was measured at an M6.6-class flare which is almost an X-class. As far as solar flares go, an C-class is smallest, and then the middle M-class, and then the largest is an X-class.
The Earth just experienced a direct hit from an X-class flare which was the largest in 4 years. Radio communications in China were comfirmed knocked out and warnings went out to major companies all over the world concerning disruptions of GPS, electrical grids and other communication networks. I have yet to see any news on any other confirmed damage this big solar flare caused, but will keep you posted if any pop up!
Increadible aurora boralis lights were witnessed in the northern hemisphere. - I've got to add, I saw these lights while driving through New York state some 7 or 8 years ago. I pulled over to the side of the highway to watch them. Beautiful hues and streaks of green, yellow and white dancing melodiously across the sky. Incredible!

The sun is heating up as it progresses towards its maximum which is scheduled to occur the end of 2012 or beginning of 2013... just in time for the Mayan Calendar predictions. Yippee! We still have two years to go to reach the sun's cycle maximum and it's already poppin' off large, frequent and unexpected energy bursts. Expect to experience some crazy events caused by solar flares in the next couple of years.

Your pardon for missing yesterday's post. I got into a big fight with an angry intestinal bug and lost. Spent most of the day huddled up like a Siberian mummy, complete with chattering teeth... then sweating like a U.S. banker before the Supreme Court. Awful day!

The Sky's on Fire!
That mega X-class solar flare (largest in 4 years) is due to hit the Earth's magnetic field in full force tonight. It's already caused geometric storms which knocked out radion communications in China and could also disrupt power grids and satellites worldwide.
The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association sent out alerts to all industries which might be affected by the blast, including GPS links, the shipping industry, electrical power companies, airlines and militaries.
The sun is just getting warmed up as it nears its 11-year solar max cycle which is due to max out in late 2012 or early 2013... just in time for the Maya Calendar prediction I might add. We could see some funky fits coming from the sun over the next 2 years.
Oh yeh, this storm should produce some awesome dancing northern lights for ya'll who live higher in the northern hemisphere. Let me know if you see 'em!

Disappearing Permafrost
A report was just released by scientists studying the Alaskan permafrost layer which has been steadily melting for a number of years, causing buckled roads, giant sink holes and crumbling buildings.
The report says that they expect the northern permafrost lands will be releasing more carbon than they now absorb within 20 years.. and that around 60% of it will be gone by 2200. That 60% will be as much carbon released into the atmosphere as has been released from the beginning of the industrial age until now... and you see what that much carbon is doing today!
Everyone quote the climate change rule with me concerning authorities... "they ALWAYS overcalculate!" Very good.. you're getting it! So, if they are expecting large doses of carbon to be released into the atmosphere in 20 years, you can bet it will be more like 5... and, if they are saying 90 years until 60% loss, you can bet it will be more like 15... if not sooner. Now, I do have to get these Big Brains some credit because they do admit that it could be sooner due to the fact that MORE CARBON THAT IS RELEASED INTO THE ATMOSPHERE... THE FASTER EVERYTHING WILL HEAT UP... AND THE FASTER EVERYTHING WILL MELT!" I do believe the Big Brains are starting to learn!! (I say that... but you gotta stick around for the Big Brain funny at the end of the blog!)
Also, the Big Brains say that this report shows that policymakers will "have to reduce fossil fuel emissions that much lower than previously calculated to account for this additional carbon from the permafrost. Otherwise, we will end up with a warmer Earth than we want." hahahahaha And they're just now figuring this out. A bit late in the game for a game plan, don't ya think?!

Peru is sending some 1,500 different kinds of potatoes to the big seed storage vault in the Arctic Circle in hopes of safeguarding them from human or natural disaster. Peru and the Andes countries surrounding it are home to over 4,000 various kinds of spuds (bet you didn't know that!). Since the tater has been a staple food for nearly 8,000 years, people are thinking we better save some for a climate change "rainy" day (pun intended).
The report actually says that FARMERS are sending the potatoes, so it goes to show that regular folks are MUCH smarter than the Big Brains who are still arguing over whether or not global warming is actually taking place (see the Big Brain funny at the end). What gets me is... with all the polar melting going on (permafrost, Greenland Ice Sheet, Polar Ice Field)... will there be any place cold enough to store those spuds?!

There were 9 earthquakes worldwide yesterday and 8 today that registered a 4.0 or higher.

The latest OFFICIAL report (actually TWO reports) to come out on global warming and climate change by the Big Brains says that all the increase in and intensity of rain, snow and other mega storms "over the last half of the 20th century" and the extreme weather events they are causing is due to ... get this... don't try to stop laughing or you might piss yourself... and I quote... "Global warming driven by human activity." lololololol Oh my god!! How thick headed can any one person be?! And we have a whole slew of these Big Brains advising whole nations on the CRITICAL situation the planet is in! If we listen to these Educated Idiots, we'll all be dead before they figure out there's a problem! lol
And that's not all. The article asks, "Why did it take so long for scientists to begin to make solid connections between global warming and extreme weather events?" Excellent question! But the answer coming from the Big Brains ain't so excellent... 'One reason is that only in recent decades has the accumulated influx of heat-trapping gases become more obvious. "We are finding it easier and easier to detect that signal in observations," Zwiers said.' hahahahaha In other words... The entire planet's weather patterns are going ape shit, thus, global warming is a problem! ROFLMAO!

February 15, 2011 - All's Quiet on the Terra Firma Front.. But the Skies Dance with Fire
Today is one of those rare "quiet" days with no major climate change catastrophies to speak of. There were 14 earthquakes of 4.0 or higher around the globe in the past 24 hours, but nothing that made news. A good thing actually as I had quite a busy day and just finished up work at 9pm.
The only real thing to speak of is the X class solar flare which is due to hit earth tonight EST time. It's the largest solar flare so far this year and could cause some dancing auroras in the upper hemisphere over the next couple of days (through 17 Feb).

February 14, 2011 - Valentine's, Cold Corn, Snow Bombs, Solar Blasts & FEMA Fights UFOs
Hope everyone has had (or is having ;) a great Valentine's Day with your heart throb. Me & mine went to lunch with a couple who were in Peru visiting from China. We had chorisco (damn near half a pig), beer and latin music, all of which equals one hell of a good time!
Cold Corn
On Saturday, northern Mexico got hammered with unusually cold weather which destroyed somewhere around 600,000 hectares of corn, or 16% of the annual harvest of the country.
The fear is that this will lead to higher tortilla prices which have already seen a spike because of rising world grain prices. Ahhhh, there we have it again! Another trumpeting sound of higher food prices due to severe weather, climate change, global warming and the earth changes that are trigging it all!
What's more, if tortilla prices rise, it could produce violent protests which were seen back in 2007 when the taco and barrito holders spiked. I'm tellin' ya, folks, we are on the verge of seeing some tramatic upheaval across the globe because of the current climate change and the problems it's producing. The next couple of years are gonna be rough!

South Korea gets hit by a BOMB!
Nope, not what you're thinking! It wasn't a crazed North Korea that flung a bomb at their southern neighbor, but Mother Nature. The largest snowfall in 100 years dumped over a meter of snow on S. Korea over the weekend, even causing the need for the military to strike out in force to dig people out. Only a few weeks ago, record cold hit the country, freezing the Han River which hadn't happened in years.
However, North Korea didn't get away Scot-free as they had their coldest January in 26 years.
Are guys seeing the same patterns as I'm seeing? Every time we turn around there is some kind of funky, freaky weather that is setting or breaking records! Hmmmmmm

Solar Flare Alert
The sun unleashed an earth-bound solar flare yesterday which should reach us and produce effects from Feb. 15-17. The eruption even caught sun-watchers off guard as it came about quickly and produced such an explosion that shortwave radio receivers picked up the blast sound.
Be on the lookout for auroras in the higher latitudes during this period. Throw a few eggs and bacon in a pan and maybe cook up an early morning breakfast!

FEMA Preps Firemen to Fight Aliens
Yep, you read that right! A new training manual has been released for U.S. firefighters and chapter 13 deals with what to do if the U.S. is attacked by enemies or ALIENS! This was reported on an ABC 15 News Channel and you really have to watch the video to fully appreciate this info.
Now, there's a theory floating around that the New World Order Big Brains are going to try to pull off a "produced" alien encounter to freak out the world so they can gain more control. Well, I wouldn't put that kind of a shannanigan past them. However, if they do something like that it will only be a very limited "production". I believe we will see a full scale contact that will involve thousands (or more) ships and I don't think even Evil Uncle Sam can pull that off!
What I do see in all of this kind of craziness is that something definately is brewing. Country after country is disclosing secret UFO files, the Pope has said believing in aliens is not a sin, important and respected professionals by the dozens are coming forth saying aliens exist and, now, FEMA is prepping firefighter for alien encounters. LOL I mean, come on! On top of all this, there are record numbers of sightings and the UFOs seem to be becoming more emboldened with their appearances. We'll definately be keeping an eye on all of this!

February 11, 2011 - Record Cold Makes "Cow Tipping" Easy in the Midwest U.S.
Record Cold
Another arctic blast swooped down into the midwest US yesterday leaving in its wake record breaking low temperatures in Missouri, Texas and Oklahoma. Records that hadn't been threatened in almost 80 years fell all across the Prairie States to the ruthless blast of cold. Nowata, Oklahoma was the winner, setting a new state record there of -31°F. Brrrrrr
Farmers spent the entire night trying to keep cattle from freezing in the fields, sometimes taking calves into their truck cabs to heat them up. Cow Tipping would have been a breeze last night!
Oklahoma also got the honors of receiving the deepest snowfall in the blizzard... 25 inches of the fluff stuff in Jay. Tulsa set a seasonal snowfall record after getting 5 more inches, taking them to 25.9. Their previous record was 25.6 from the 1923-24 winter season. Snow cones anyone?!

Big Brain Excuses for Rising World Food Prices
Another article was published today on the world food shortage crisis. Ok, I've been talking about that so it's old news. However, there were a few things in the article that tickled me pink.
Meteorologists are blaming a severe La Niña for the Pacific Ocean problems that have caused drought in Russia and China and flooding in Australia and the Arctic Oscillation for the US's miseries this winter. Ok, so the Big Brains are pointing fingers at these "weather phenomenons" called La Niña (or El Niño I'm sure next year) and the Arctic Oscillaton... good and fine. However, WHAT is causing these things to increase in their severity of activity???
Plus, the same article quotes from a report released last month by Munich Re insurance (a German Insurance Company) that there were 950 natural disasters globally in 2010. The weather related portion of that total was 90%! That number only falls behind the 1980 total, so last year almost set a record for most global weather disasters.
The Insurance Information Institute president reported that both the severity and frequency of tornadoes and thunderstorms was escalating and has been for the past 25 years. Geesh! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that major Earth changes and climate changes are occurring!

February 10, 2011 - Galactic Plane Explained
Today was a fairly quiet day in severe weather events so I am going to explain a little about the Galactic Plane which I mention in some of my posts. Understand that this is only a "nutshell" explanation as my time and space do not allow for a full revelation. Much information (some of which is contradictory because the Galactic Plane is a new discovery with much to be learned) can be obtained in both book form and over the internet for further study.
However, before going into that, I want to say that I will begin to add daily earthquakes to this blog so that you can see the intensity and increase in large earthquakes. Hundreds of earthquakes can occur each day, so I am only going to report the daily number of earthquakes which exceed 4.0 and which occur over the previous 24 hours. Of course, I will give more detailed info on the ones that cause damage, or that are well outside of the usual pattern.
Earthquakes today at a 4.0 or stronger = 37
The Galactic Plane
In a nutshell - The Galactic Plane is the flat area of our Milkyway Galaxy which is void of debris. You can picture it like a record album which has a thick layer of dust resting on both the top and bottom of it. The record album itself is not solid, but an open space which is "void" of debris and therefore a conduit of energy.
Concerning our particular solar system - We are on a wobble which resembles a wave pattern. Therefore, our solar system rises slowly above the Galactic Plane, peaks at an apex and then slowly ascends until it hit its lowest apex before ascending again.
In the middle of this process, our solar system passes through this "void" of the Galactic Plane. During the void's crossing time, our solar system is hit with strong energy which flows from the giant ball of light which is evident in the center of every galaxy (the Galactic Center) and is the "engine" of every galaxy.
Not only are we inundated with radiated energy from the Galactic Center, but we are also subjected to the influence of greater gravitational force. This increased gravity which lies in the Galactic Plane has a tendency to draw objects into it. Some believe that some of the earth's catastrophic astroid hits have occurred during this time when large rocks hovering in the Astroid Belt have been drawn through the Galactic Plane and collided with the earth.
Some also believe that it takes approximately 7 years to go completely through the Galactic Plane, which is eerily similar to the 7 years of tribulation referred to in the Bible. Also, the Mayans believed, taught and left detailed records of the earth going through the Galactic Plane, or the "Dark Rift" as they called it. The next occurrence of this "Dark Rift" episode begins on the Southern Hemishpere's summer solstice of 21 December, 2012 according to the Mayan Calendar.
As with any object which nears a strong energetic flow of energy, the effects of the strong energy will be realized before the object actually enters the energy flow. I truly believe that our sun, the planet earth and all the planets of our solar system are beginning to react to the strong energy of the Galactic Plane as we approach it. Unusual solar activity, climate activity on earth, and even climate activity on other planets shows evidence of this.
Scientific research is even showing that other planets are going through a "global warming" process. Now, does this mean that man-made pollutants are not to blame for our dire predicaments? Not at all! Even though man-made pollutants aren't CAUSING the evident earth changes, we are severely damaging our protective ozone layer which would normally reduce the affects of the Galactic Plane's energy. By weakening the ozone layer, we are drastically reducing our protection and increasing the affects of these energy surges. Therefore, in a sense, we are AMPLIFYING the cataclysmic affects of climate change.
The reason I am doing this blog is to show on a daily basis how climate changes, global warming and earth changes are heating up and becoming more frequent as we near this Galactic Plane.
Now, an interesting theory, one of which I happen to embrace, is that entering into and going through the Galactic Plane actually manipulates the DNA of all that passes through it. Much of this theory is based on ancient teachings which tell of episodes that occur at regular intervals where creatures of the earth pass through a super, hyper, quantum leap of evolution which is attributed to the passage through the Galactic Plane.
The Maya Indians, Hopi Indians of the southwest United States and others tell of the earth going from a 4th to a 5th level of evolution. Spirituality has burst from the constraints of religion and masses now believe in a spiritual ascension that is taking place. Is this only coincidence? I think not.
Also, alien and UFO encounters are showing up in staggering numbers. The theory on aliens is that they are much more advanced beings which have the ability to travel effortlessly through multiple dimensions. Again, is their showing up at this critical point in the earth's changing history a coincidence? I think not.
However, I am just as much of a scientific mind as I am a spiritual mind (quite balanced in this regard actually), so I tend to watch trends and study prophecies. I totaly believe that the one will confirm or debunk the other. The thing is... the more I watch and the more I study (over 30 years now)... the more I am convince that this sort of a major change is on the horizon!
