Things were fairly quiet today around the world.
The midwest US got hammered with another winter storm, but no records were set or broken so que ser'a ser'a.
Philippines Volcano
The Bulusan volcano in the Philippines continues to gurgle and growl, producing some 16 quakes since it awoke with an eruption yesterday. Two of those quakes were considered volcanic explosions which produced some ash. Scientists are also warning of lahar flows if the area gets any heavy rain.

UK Floods of 2000 Deemed Caused By Global Warming
Two reports have been released which determine.. yes.. that the autumn 2000 floods in the UK, the wettest on record, were caused by greenhouse gases. lol Oh boy, the Big Brains really make me laugh sometimes!
The Big Brains said that after analyzing their computer models 'thousands of times', they concluded that manmade pollutants did indeed cause the record flooding. Pretty smart of the Big Brains, don't ya think?! Hell, I've been watching weather patterns and climate change events for two decades and concluded from simple observation that weather events have been heating up... and not once did I need a computer program to tell me this! lol
Another funny quote from a Big Brain in this particular article says,'"Whether or not a flood occurs in any given year is still an 'Act of God' but, with the help of thousands of climateprediction.net volunteers, we are beginning to see how human influence on climate may be starting to load God's dice."' ROFLMAO!

Did you get that?! The Big Brains, with all their high fallootin' education, are learning from internet climate watchers! hahahaha I just love this kind of stuff! Again, it amazes me how governments and "civilized" populations are putting their trust and faith in these educated idiots... just because they have a "degree" (although I believe it's more a degree of egotistical stupidity). Their time and money would be far better spent on studying ancient world-change predictions and prophecies, and simple observation of weather patterns as they (rapidly) come in line with these predictions. But, hey, I'm just an internet climate watcher! lol

We had a mild earthquake here in Arequipa, Peru in the middle of last night which woke both my wife and I up. There was a big rumble and then a long roar, although there was no noticable shaking. This morning, a report said it was a 4.2 quake. Peru, as well as the whole western coast of South America, gets quite a few earthquakes and tremors as the Andes Mountains are located on a faultline and were created by tectonic plate upheaval.
Anyway, time to hit the hay. Hope everyone is safe in their neck of the woods.
